Old Man Emu can help with their 1.7" Lift Complete Rear Leaf Spring Kit. This pair of leaf springs and additional hardware install directly in place of your truck's stock leaf pack. The Ranger Complete Rear Leaf Spring Kit is also capable of handling rear ride height up to 1.7", giving your truck an aggressive look while helping keep your Ranger level when you're towing or hauling all of your gear. The kits are perfect compliments to front leveling components from Old Man Emu, giving your Ford a mean look while letting you fit on proper-sized off-road tires.

High-Quality Leaf Springs & All Necessary Components

Each one Old Man Emu Ranger Complete Leaf Spring Kits comes with a pair of high-quality leaf springs, new pins, and installation instructions. The springs are helpful for medium weight loads by adding rake and height to the truck. The springs measure 1.77" of stack height and 1.97" of eye diameter in the front and 1.29" in the rear. The primary free camber measures 9.49". The leaf springs also feature 150 lbf/515 in and 26.2 N/3.56" of spring rate. Four OEM U-bolts are included for proper fitment, as well as washers and nuts. A greasable shackle kit and pins also adds to the complete build. Everything is included for a total rear suspension kit.

2019 Ranger FX4

Installed these on our 2019 Ranger to complement better shocks we put on. The ride is much smoother for the rear axle and it's a huge upgrade over the stock rear leaf springs. There is less harsh bounce over speed bumps on road and better absorption of off road impacts. We have ~450lbs of constant weight in the bed with a camping setup and the height with these +~2.5" up front leaves a bit of rake for adding more weight before it levels out.

2019 FORD RANGER

I bought the medium strength spring kit. Improved ride and articulation for off roading. Better over hard bumps but should be plenty strong enough for towing. Lifts rear 1.5 inches over stock. Very happy with springs would recommend. Recieved hardware and bushings 2 days before springs arrived and was wondering when springs would arrive. I contacted stage 3 and they sent me a tracking number for springs the next day. Excellent customer support.

2019 Ford

OME products are definitely top of the line. These definitely smoothed out the ride and lifted the rear by almost 2" so I had to readjust my headlights otherwise I was staring at the road in front of me at night. If you install these, don't forget to get the matching leveling kit to raise the front at the same time.

I have a 2021 Tremor and have changed out the shocks to the Fox 2.5's and added a 1 inch block for the rear leaf springs. My question is if the 1.7 OEM leaf springs will get me a similar ride height to what I'm currently at with the blocks. I'm not sure how much higher the Tremor leaf springs are over the stock Ranger leaf springs, to determine if the OME will give me a rear ride height that I'm at with the Tremor leaf springs and a 1 inch block. Thx

You will typically still see about .5" of additional rear ride height with the block removed once the springs settle if you are currently running a 1" block on stock leafs.

I would buy these springs onljy to have them re-arched to lower th rear of my truck about 2inches. Being that the stock mono springs can’t be re-arched. What do you think?

While it's probably possible to get these leaf springs re-arched, we can't guarantee what kind of ride height you'll get, since these leaf springs add ride height over stock in the first place.

I keep about 550lbs of constant weight in the rear with my camping setup. I have the fox stage 2leveling/coilovers kit already installed (2" of lift in the front). I'm torn on whether to get this 1.7" EMU leaf pack, or the larger 2.2"?

Your real issue is that the Fox 2.0 rear shocks are only rated to handle 1.5" of lift, and it's tough to say whether or not the 2.2" version of these springs will settle enough under 550lbs of load to keep the shocks in an optimal travel range. Unfortunately, we have not personally tried every OME leaf spring option ourselves, so it's hard to say where you'd end up.

Do these address the driver's side "lean" to the left? I am hoping the added strength allows the removal of the factory shim on one side? Any insight is appreciated.

These springs do help to some degree, since they can support general load better than stock. However, the real issue is that there's just more weight on the driver's side of the truck with the fuel tank being closer to that side, so the problem isn't entirely alleviated, but it is helped.

Would the OMU 1.7 rear leaf kit match up with the stage 4 fox kit on a 2020 Ford Ranger

Technically, the Fox rear shocks are only rated for 1.5" of rear lift, but their total stroke and collapsed/extended lengths should allow them to work fine with these leaf springs.

So i bought the eibach kit from you guys, im looking at getting these but the eibach rear shocks support up to 1.5" of lift...im running a traxda 1.5" block but if i swap those out for these 1.77" leaf packs, will it be ok?

Honestly, a couple of tenths of an inch probably isn't going to matter, and you should be able to use the Eibachs without issues (especially if you're running extra weight in your Ranger's bed). I do suggest that you take it easy for the first 500 miles or so after install to let the springs settle in. Often leaf springs will be at a slightly taller ride height than advertised when first installed.

Unfortunately, we have not been able to dig up specs on the stock springs for a comparison, and we have not tried these springs ourselves. This leaf spring kit does not require limit straps.

These springs will raise rear ride height by 1.7" on their own. Unfortunately, I could not find specs on the stock spring rates.
