Aluminized MBRP Exhaust System with 4" Diameter Tubing

This basic, yet powerful MBRP F150 EcoBoost cat-back exhaust kit features larger and more efficient exhaust tubing than stock to improve flow. Each of these kits are built out of 4" diameter tubing that's all mandrel-bent for a perfect fit. The kit comes standard with a MBRP performance muffler that gives your EcoBoost truck a mean, throaty sound that everyone will instantly notice. The kit is made out of low-cost aluminized steel that keeps the price of the system down while getting you the sound and power you need. Each one of these kits comes with a full set of hardware and instructions.

Tip not included: this kit does not come with an exhaust tip. MBRP sells both a polished and black tip separately.

F150 Wheelbase Fitment: this kit fit all F150 wheelbases, though some wheelbases sizes will require minor trimming of this kit for proper fitment.

2012 Ford F-150 ecoboost

First and for most stage 3 customer service should get 5 stars for being able to answer all the questions I had thrown at them and for fast shipping! As far as this product the installation didn't take long maybe about a hour with a lift and air tools. But there are some draw backs with this exhaust being only $300. The clamps it comes with are junk! And once I had it all together the rear exhaust hanger would not line up where it needed to be. I had to have someone hold it where I could get the bolts in for the bracket. Even then the leaf spring was hitting it and bent it down, making it point toward the ground. I ended up going to a local muffler shop and had them cut it and move it forward to where it needed to be. As far as sound, well it sounds like a v6. You can't really hear the turbos to much but if you're looking for that a down pipe is a must. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the clearance issue. I think the rear part of the pipe that goes over the axel should be re-designed. I wish I would of gone with the heartthrob instead.

2012 F150 FX4 Ecoboost

4 hours, with basic hand tools, jack and jack stand. The finish was good but the fitment wasn't good and the instructions was vague but you get what you pay for. I have the exhaust mated up with the AFE cat less down pipe, it's not horribly loud but it does have a lot drone. I'm unsure if it's caused by the down pipe or the exhaust. Definitely a good buy for the money.

2013 F150

The fast shipping really surprised me. I also love the sound of my truck now, loud when I want it to be but quite when just cruising down the road. The only issue it the tailpipe hanger doesn’t line up where it should. I took one of the clamps I didn’t use and cut the hanger off of it and welded it to the pre welded hanger to make it fit where it should.

2012 f150 4x4 3.5 ecoboost

I just installed this on my ecoboost was super easy took only 1 hour to install. Only issue I had was when the rear axle is in full droop it touches the tail pipe slightly. Mark with some paint then set truck down tapped few times with a body hammer clears perfect. I loved the quality and sound it’s deep and don’t sound like a Honda. Would 10/10 recommend this setup even with the minor tapping

Do you need a tune to run this exhaust? I have a superchips tuner and am currently on the 87 power tune due to fuel prices but could switch back to the 93 power tune if needed.

How come it says fits ecoboost only? Will it fit the 5.0? I want a mbrp 4" exhaust for my 5.0

This cat-back kit will technically fit a 2011-2014 F150 5.0L. MBRP did design the muffler and kit for an EcoBoost, so we can't really guarantee what kind of sound you get. The kit will bolt up and function just fine, however.

It isn't overly loud, however, it is more aggressive than the systems that keep the factory resonator in place. We do have a YouTube video of an MBRP 4" Cat-Back Kit to give you an idea. This kit will fit the F150s with a 163" wheelbase.
