Your vicious, custom 2015-2017 Mustang GT deserves a ferocious roar that the factory left out, and MBRP's Installer Series Race Exhaust can make it happen. This hyper-aggressive cat-back exhaust system was designed and built from the ground up to generate high levels of exhaust volume while giving your Mustang's 5.0L Coyote V8 a brutal, aggressive sound that will make you think you're in a '60's era Muscle Car. MBRP's Race Cat-Back comes with larger diameter tubing than stock that's then attached to mufflers specifically designed to produce one of the most menacing exhaust notes on the planet. Each MBRP Installer Series Race Cat-Back System bolts on right in place of your 2015-2017 Mustang GT's factory cat-back and has step-down flanges for the stock mid-pipe that makes the system extremely easy to install. The kit preserves your Mustang's catalytic converters and does not require custom tuning for installation.

3" Diameter Exhaust Tubing with Brutal Straight-Through Mufflers

MBRP's Installer Series Race Cat-Back Exhaust Kit fits perfectly on your aggressive Mustang and comes with everything you need to give your 5.0L V8's exhaust note a total overhaul. The Race Cat-Back has 3" diameter, mandrel-bent exhaust tubing that reduces back pressure over stock while helping to generate a deeper tone. The larger and more efficient tubing is paired with aggressive straight through mufflers that were carefully designed and tuned to produce a deep, loud roar that is sure to turn a few heads wherever you happen to go. The two mufflers are topped off with 4.5" exhaust tips that give your 2015-2017 Mustang GT an awesome look to go along with the aggressive exhaust note. The system is made from aluminized steel, which keeps the cost of the kit down while still giving your Pony a great sound. Each one of these kits come with hardware and instructions for installation.

2015 Mustang GT Manual

When this showed up it was drop shipped from MBRP, a couple of the mating parts got beat up and bent during shipping but everything still went together good. I ordered this kit and then just bout some 2000 degree matt aluminum paint and painted all 3 pieces. Installation took about an hour (because I was watching a install video, but an easy install, exhaust is loud and how a Mustang SHOULD sound.. little drone in 6th gear between 1500 and 2k rpm's but I can live with it. Sounds great rowing through the gears at WOT though!

2016 Mustang GT

Very easy install and good protection for shipping. Sounds great, though on the louder side of what most people call a medium volume. It mellows out really well when just cruising, but has an amazing roar when taking off.

Are the mufflers/tips NOT polished on this kit?

The tips in this kit are Polished 304 stainless steel. The mufflers, however, are not.
