Hyper-Tough Look for Your F150 Or Raptor

If you picked up a stock 2009-2014 F150 or SVT Raptor that came with halogen headlights there's definitely a lot of room for improvement. Not only do these replacement headlights from Spyder give you increased night time visibility but they also add a much more custom look that will definitely turn some heads. These F150 Projector Headlights from Spyder improve the looks and are an easy drop-in replacement for those boring original headlights that came straight from the factory. These Projector Headlights include a crystal clear lens, chrome housing, awesome DRL light bar and high/low beams to make your truck one of the best looking vehicles on or off the road.

Feature DRLs & High/Low Beam Projector

Spyder's headlights come standard with a dual-function projector lens system that operates both the high and low beam functions of your truck's headlights. The headlights use a single H7 halogen headlight bulb for both functions. Around the projector, runs the headlight's broad LED strip that gives them a wicked and tough look both at night and during the day. These headlights also come with turn signals so you'll retain that element of safety. Spyder's headlights come with all the detailed instructions and hardware you'll need for installation and wiring.

Factory Projector and Fitment: These headlights are easy to install as replacements on 2009-2014 F150 and Raptor SVT models that were originally equipped with similar halogen headlights. They will NOT fit trucks that were upgraded from the factory with Xenon/HID headlights without professional wiring for a successful installation (not included).

Spyder's Warranty: Spyder Auto offers a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. Condensation issues are covered under the terms of Spyder's warranty on a case-by-case basis, and Stage 3 cannot guarantee that a particular condensation problem will be covered. 2012 Ford F150 Platinum

Overall, the 2009-2014 F150 / Raptor Spyder Projector Headlights w/ DRL Light Bar (Chrome) are a nice VISUAL upgrade to my 2012 Ford F150 Platinum. The chrome really pops against my black metallic paint and are a definite upgrade to the stock headlights from an APPEARENCE perspective. Where these are lacking, is from a FUNCTION perspective. The halogen lighting is VERY poor and is a downgrade from the stock lights. These come with a single H7 bulb that functions for both high and low beams. There is a shutter function within the housing that re-directs the light upwards when the High beam is engaged. My plan all along was to install HID lights with these housings, so I wasn't too worried at first about the poor performance of the halogens. However, when I went to install the HID kit, I discovered that it was not going to be a simple plug and play install with the way these headlights are wired, in addition to the switch from stock 9008 (H13) bulbs to H7 bulbs. I called Spyder to discuss options and they don't support any after-market HID kits, so they weren't very helpful. I also called Stage 3 Motorsports (who I am a fan of and big supporter) and discussed with them and was told they would call me back after discussing with some techs, but never received a call back. My plan is to have the H7 HID kit professionally installed as it will likely require modification to the factory wiring. The saving grace for being able to see at night has been the (4300k) HID fog light kit I installed. I can turn off my headlights and barely notice a difference with my HID fog lights on. In conclusion, I would recommend these for a VISUAL/APPEARANCE upgrade only and not for a FUNCTION upgrade. If I am unable to install an HID kit with these, I will likely replace the housings with another product. Giving a 3 star rating because function is lacking with this product.

2011 ford f-150 svt raptor 6.2L

I'm enjoying these headlights. They look really good at night on my raptor. Great visibility and great low price. I'm recommendin them if u want a nice slick look.

2013 Ford F-150

Fast and easy shipping. Items arrived in great shape. Easy installation of both lights. However once installed, the lights need to be removed and adjusted. The function is not as it appears. The DRL illuminate thru the projection lights not the LED bar as I understood when I purchased these lights. After a few weeks of use, thru various weather conditions. There are water leaks. I do like the way they look on the truck as do others who have seen them. Cons: unable to adjust lights without removing the complete unit. Provided bulbs are very dim. Poor quality Not what I expected for the price

2012 F150 XLT

Shipping time was 5star they did not have my product in stock took an extra 3 days so they added a discount to my purchase price. Th package arrived with shipping label on product box instead being placed in a shipping box 3star. Installation in 12 f150 was quite simple. Everything plugged right up and worked properly. Even though you have to remove the light to aim the lamp I still give the product 5star. These lamps paired nicely with my LED tail lamps. Thumbs up for stage3motorsports. You haven't disappointed.

Can the plasma tube be used as a day time running light when only using your parking lights and not with the halogen lights on ?

The C-Clamp LED ties into the parking light connector and will come on when you solely select the parking lights.
