If you want to completely transform the off-road capabilities of your 2021-2024 Bronco, look no further than the 74Weld Stage 3 HOSS 3.0 Steering Rack Upgrade. This advanced system upgrades your factory steering setup into a formidable powerhouse by incorporating the Ford Performance HOSS 3.0 higher torque setup. This means your Bronco will get the internals from a Ford Performance HOSS 3.0 in 74Weld's billet aluminum housing which is tough enough to handle even the most extreme applications. This system is perfect for off-road enthusiasts who want to run larger tires and need more power for the demanding conditions of tough terrain. 74Weld's billet aluminum rack features a completely redesigned solution that eliminates the common failure points on both sides of the rack. While the factory rack is only stabilized by 1.5 points of contact, 74Weld's billet housing stabilizes the rack in 4 points of contacts and adds more material to the high-stress areas to make it the strongest housing available on the market. Even though this is a massive improvement over the factory rack, 74Weld still maintains full OEM compatibility and is fully integrated with the facotry ABS electronics.

Premium Construction & CNC Machined Housing

By using expert CNC Machining processes, 74Weld was able to dramatically increase the surface area contact around the rack and pinion by over 580% over stock. The result is a much more robust rack because the rack bar is properly supported in every direction. What's more, this kit includes a set of Ford Performance 16mm tie rods which are much bigger and stronger than the factory 2.0 tie rods. If you wish to upgrade the tie rods even further, 74Weld recommends the ICON Tie Rods for anything from a 0-2" lift. If you run anything larger than a 2" lift, you must go with clevis style heim joint setup. If you plan on mostly driving your Bronco around on the street, fear not because this system is completely street-legal and will fucntion properly with zero adverse effects.

What's Included: This kit comes with the internals from a Ford Performance HOSS 3.0 in 74Weld's billet aluminum housing ready to swap into your bronco. It also includes Ford Performance Tie Rods. If you wish to upgrade your tie rods you are free to do so.
