Whether it's steep inclines, long branches or huge rocks, there's always something off-road that's ready to tear into your truck's body work. In order to make sure our 2012 F150 project could take a beating, we bolted on matching front and rear ADD Stealth Bumpers. They fit the body lines of the truck perfectly and added even more presence to our already massive truck. To top it all off we also added a 40" Rigid E-Series Light Bar on the front and a pair of Rigid Duallys in the back. With any trail rig, approach angle and durability are key. The only way to improve both of those is by replacing your front bumper, so naturally we got right to work stripping the factory one off our F150. The replacement was an ADD Stealth Paneled front bumper with venting in the skid plate to allow air flow to our EcoBoost's intercooler. The Stealth bumper easily bolted on to our truck without any drilling, cutting, or other modifications, and it included all stainless steel hardware. This version of ADD's Stealth bumper has a Black Hammer Tone powder coat finish for the frame and skid plates followed by a Satin Black powder coat on the Stealth panels to match the aggressive black on black styling of our F150. Even though this front bumper is one of our favorite products ever, we sadly had to discontinue it. However, we do offer a variety of similar Front Off-Road Bumpers to protect your project.
As the old saying goes, "The only thing better than one ADD bumper, is two ADD bumpers". Sticking true to that philosophy, we went ahead and picked up an ADD Stealth Rear Bumper to match our front bumper setup. The install of this bad boy was pretty basic. Remove backup sensors, unbolt stock bumper, transfer bracketry and sensors to ADD's bumper, and then reinstall. ADD's bumper rounded out our truck's aggressive looks and we couldn't be happier with the quality. Just like it's front counterpart, we no longer sell this rear bumper from ADD.
