Stage 3's Sedona Trail Day! Updated and Finalized!

We know we've been a little lean and stingy on information regarding our Sedona Trail Day on April 26th, but we've finally got everything nailed down and ready to go. Just a little refresher: we here at Stage 3 are hosting a trail run up at Greasy Spoon Trail which is located between Cottonwood and Sedona, Arizona, off of Highway 89. We're giving away goodies, prizes, and providing food over at Picazzo's Pizzaria just outside Sedona proper.

Timeline:

• 9:00am: Meet at trail head. Give away gifts and do a roll call.
• 9:30am: Assemble the vehicles and start the trail.
• 9:30am-11:00am: Run the trail.
• 11:00am: Leave the trail for food.
• 11:20am: Arrive at Picazzo's. It's about a 20 minute drive back into town. Once there, we'll do our raffles.
• 12:00pm: Basically, you're free to do whatever you want after we feed you. Enjoy Sedona, go home, or hang out.

Stage 3's staff will be taking off at 1pm to 2pm, but you probably don't need us for a good time. There's lots to see in Sedona, and plenty of shops and touristy things.

How to get there:

From Sedona:

Take 89A West out of Sedona. Turn right onto Forest Road 525/Loy Butte Road. Follow the Forest Road North-Northwest for roughly 3 miles until you reach the Greasy Spoon Trail Head.

From Cottonwood:

In Cottonwood, turn right on to 89A North. Turn left onto Forest Road 525/Loy Butte Road, and follow it North-Northwest for roughly 3 miles to the Greasy Spoon Trail Head.

From Phoenix:

Take the I-17 North out of Phoenix. Once at Camp Verde, exit at the SR 260 Junction and turn left to head west toward Cottonwood. In Cottonwood, turn right on to 89A North. Turn left onto Forest Road 525/Loy Butte Road, and follow it North-Northwest roughly 3 miles to the Greasy Spoon Trail Head.
