Run 40" Tires on a Leveling Kit

Fab Fours is taking the charge and innovating the Super Duty aftermarket in ways we didn't think possible. With their Open Fender System, you'll be able to throw on 40" tires without a full lift kit - and without any rubbing - due to the greatly improved clearance opened up by this complete base and inner fender system. Fab Fours allows you to configure your fender set up with or without flares - just choose the fender flare add-on option using our drop-down menu if you want fender flares added to your kit. The Open Fender System by Fab Fours customizes your F250 or F350 with a considerably tougher stance sure to turn heads on and off the pavement.

Maintains Low, Wide Geometry for Stability

Fab Fours developed the Open Fender System to allow you to run 40" tires on a simple leveling kit, sparing you the cost and hassle of a full lift. Maintain a stable ride, comfortable handling, and ease of hauling by going with Fab Fours' Open Fender System to make way for your off-road tires of choice. The kit is built from 11-gauge US steel and meticulously tested for full range of articulation and flexing. The assembly can be shipped either with a 2-stage matte black powdercoat or bare steel if you prefer to do your own paint work.

Fitment: 2017-2022 F250 & F350 Super Duty

Blocks Lane-Keep Assist: these fender flares block the sensors used for Ford's Lane-Keep Assist feature that was an optional system on some Super Duty submodels. The flares can still be installed, but will render the system unusable.

Professional Installation Recommended: this kit requires both cutting and drilling your factory fenders and bedsides for installation, and a professional install is recommended.

Fender Flares Not Included: Fab Fours' Open Fender System does not include fender flares, however the flares seen in the pictures can be added to your order using the drop-down menu above.

Bumpers: This product will NOT work with your truck's stock bumper setup. Fab Fours created this product to work specifically with their the Matrix, Grumper, or Open Fender front bumper. Which we have for sale right here at Stage 3 Motorsports

This open fender system does not come with any sort of leveling kit. You can find our 2017-2019 Super Duty Leveling Kits here. There's really no "best", and you choice is going to depend on what ride height you want and what you're doing with your truck. Does anyone know how much it would cost to have a shop install this kit?

This kit is easily an 8 hour+ install from looking at the instructions. You'll have to shop around locally for rates, however.

3 questions 1.does the kit come with the grill , fenders , and for the windshield 2.do you need to lift your truck or just get big tires 3.how much for all of it

1). This kit does not come with the Grumper Grille or ViCowl Windshield Kit. Those two items mush be purchased separately. This kit only includes the fender system, and the fender flares are an optional upgrade. 2). According to FabFours, you will need a 2" to 2.5" leveling kit to clear 40" tires with this kit. 3). Does this system come with the front bumper as well? If not, does the kit require a bumper to be purchased as well?

A bumper is not included with this kit, and is not technically required for the installation of this kit. However, if you are planning on using 37"+ tires on either no lift or limited amounts of lift, then you will likely need an aftermarket front bumper of some sort in order to clear the tires.

Do you have to cut the fenders? Do you have any info on installing this kit. This is a very new product is there an indication that OEM paint matches will be offer in the future. Exp: Like Bushwacker flares?

This kit requires cutting and drilling of your factory fenders and other components. Paint-matched options are not currently available, though you can order the components bare and have them paint-matched or powder coated locally.
