Bolt-On Stock Replacement

While the twin turbochargers of your 2011 to 2012 F150 EcoBoost do a pretty good job of making your truck one of the quickest on the road, they still suffer from lag and a less than optimal spool time. The culprit is your fairly basic factory blow-off valve. TurboSmart's Kompact Dual-Port BOV is a drop-in replacement for your truck's stock blow off valve that gives your truck an awesome, racing sound while reducing lag and improving spool time to help get your F150 moving just a bit quicker in lower RPM ranges.

Improved Spool With Quality Construction

Your stock blow off valve is made from plastic with rubber seals and diaphragms. TurboSmart's Kompact EcoBoost valve is manufactured out of billet aluminum that allows it to handle up to 30psi of boost pressure to handle extremely aggressive tuning or turbocharger upgrades. Kompact's unique Dual-Port design allows it to vent into both the atmosphere and back into your truck's intake and can be adjusted to fully vent in either direction to maximize your truck's turbocharger performance or to keep noise to a minimum.

Sold individually: This TurboSmart blow off valve is sold individually. A quantity of (2) will be required to fit both of your truck's turbos.

2013 F150 Ecoboost Fitment: The blow off valve will NOT fit the 2013 to 2014 EcoBoost F150s. A version for the 2013 to 2014 F150s with a remote-mounted eBOV is also available.

Focus ST Fitment: The blow off valve will fit the factory turbocharger of 2013 to 2016 Focus STs.

2011 f-150 ecoboost

These BOV are so much better made than stock! They went on within 20 minutes and work great! They sound completely bad@$$ and really help the turbos spool up! (Hint: it really helps to take the front tires off when switching out BOVS)

2012 F150 Ecoboost

Easy to install, did it in the parking lot in about 2 hours. Nice sound, not over the top. Seems to help the turbos spool a little faster as well, but that could just be an illusion. Much sturdier than the stock ones. The stock ones are pretty much just plastic with a spring and rubber diaphragm.

2012 Ford F-150 Ecoboost

I purchased a set of Turbosmart bov for my f150 ecoboost and let me tell ya'AWESOME. A must have for all the eb owners out there. The only problem now is I can't lay my foot off the gas pedal, especially when the bovs release pressure and everyone turns to look at your truck.

2012 fx2 ecoboost

These sound awesome! I have had an air raid intake, superchips tune for a year and a half. Just added the heartthrob exhaust and turbosmart bov's. The bov's sound awesome! Have to take the front wheels off and bend a sensor bracket on the passenger side to fit. Other than that they were easy. Turbosmart instructions suck, they are too generic. Set the bov's to the softest setting and mount em up. Well worth the money for the sound!

There worth the money sound great and personally think the turbos spools better but the instructions are useless mount the flat side up but with a cold air, catless down pipes, stainless exhaust, 1 step colder plugs, and a custom 93 tune they brought the whole package together

Pretty easy to install, didn't have to remove tires like everyone says. It sounds freaking amazing everyone talks about it. I highly recommend it. It's loud to.

2012 Ford F-150 Ecoboost

You know you want them. So you might as well just get them. Even if it's just for the cool factor. Do they really make the turbos spool up faster? I couldn't really tell you. They did fix a problem I was having. The reason I bought them. I developed an issue with holding boost. I couldn't hold sixth gear pulling a hill. Like I could before. And the gas pedal became mush. Like I had a non turbo V6. After install. Felt like an EcoBeast again. Now the install isn't to bad. I've got an 8inch lift under the truck. So working around the tire wasn't a problem. You don't have to remove the inner fender. But I would recommend getting some allen sockets. If you don't have them. They make life easier. Just be careful to not screw the blow off valve together when installing. If you've stuck with it and read this whole review. Good for you. Now stop messing around. Scroll to the top of the page. And order the damn things already.

Easy install with front tires removed. Turning a lot of heads when the BOV does it's thing. Sounds amazing. Much sturdier than the stock BOV.

Great addition to the Phase 4 kit that I installed last year. The biggest difference it made was in cleaner shifting maybe from the quicker spool ups.

2011 f150 ecoboost FX4

Need long arms and skinny hands, I don't have Trump hands so was a little difficult but doable and totally worth it. Starting with softest setting, 0% and moving my way towards tightening the spring until stall was not a factor at 75%. There is a noticeable difference in turbo lag, meaning I don't got nun now! Wished I had done it will before 155k miles.

2012 F150 FX4

Got these on a Friday got home after work and installed them in about an hour. that's with the tires off. Fair easy and straight forward. Left them at the setting the showed up with other than one was a bit different... So I made sure they were both the same. Sounds great.. drove down a street with a stone wall and man can you hear them blow off. Have had many heads a turn so far. Glad I got them.

2012 F150 Platinum

Installed these with my wheels on but turned away from the side i was working on. Easy install! Instructions say to install the flat side towards turbo intake, i wasn't sure what side that was, but i put the flat side facing the open port inside the housing and thats working for me. The adjustment sounds nicest at its softest setting. These are a must have for ecoboosts!
