The Yukon 5.29 rear end gears are explicitly designed for Tacomas with large tires that need added torque and performance.

Yukon builds these ring and pinion gears to be reliable and durable and able to handle high friction and high heat situations. The gears, which are constructed from forged triple-alloy 8620 steel, are meticulously crafted to OEM specifications. The teeth of the gears are given an ultra-fine finish which allows for quiet operation. The ring and pinion are both direct bolt-on replacements for the stock parts and are perfect additions for aggressive Tacoma builds.
