If you want the peace of mind to take on any off-road trail combined with the smooth turns of an open differential, the Zip Locker is your solution. With the touch of a button, Yukon's Air-Locking Zip Locker allows you to fully lock and unlock your differential for easy recovery when you need it and OE drivability when you're cruising.

Heavy-Duty Air-Operated Design

Yukon designed the Zip Locker Air-Locking Differential to handle the most extreme terrain without issue and maintain OE handling and comfort, making this the perfect upgrade for the weekend off-road rig that doubles as a daily driver. The locker is air-charged and can be operated with your choice of compressor or on-board air system. If airflow is interrupted for any reason, this competition-grade air locker defaults to the lock setting. The assembly is constructed from 100% forged 8620 steel and 4320 chromoly internals for unmatched strength and dependability. This US-made locker kit comes complete with air lines, fittings, seal housing, shims (if needed), switch, front & rear covers, zip ties and installation instructions.

Fitment: Dana 60 with 35 spline axle with a 4.10 and numerically lower gear ratio

Fitment Notes: This is a narrow case locker and will require modifications for wide housings. The Zip Locker is ABS compatible.
