Awesome and Unique Mesh Design with a 20" Off-Road LED Light Bar

We can all agree that stock grilles for the 2019-2023 Ford Ranger are nothing special. If you want something a bit more aggressive and unique, consider the ZROADZ Series Grille with 20" LED Light Bar. The ZROADZ grille features a unique trapezoidal mesh pattern with thick surrounds along the outer edge of the grille. The precision-cut, repeating mesh pattern instantly sets the grille apart from other Rangers. A big advantage of this kit is the included ZROADZ 20" Straight, Slim LED Light Bar to provide illumination on off-road treks. The single row light bar uses high intensity, 600K colored CREE LEDs to light the way. A spot/flood combo beam is used to get a mix of far and wide light so you can see anything that's ahead of you. The bar also features a heat dissipating die-cast aluminum housing to keep your light cool during operation. A universal wiring kit with a switch helps with lighting operation.

Heavy-Duty Steel Construction & Easy Installation

Each ZROADZ grille features a tough construction, a great fit and a great look. Advanced 3D CAD supported engineering and design lead the grille's development. Then rigorous testing for fit, finish, drivability and durability is conducted. The grille features laser cut materials and precision TIG welding for a tough build. The grille is made out of thick steel plate that is then laser-cut for fitment and receives a multi-stage process corrosion-resistant black powder coat finish. The ZROADZ grille installs in place of your Ranger's stock grille for a mean look.

Fitment: 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 Ford Ranger

2021 Ford Ranger

*Package shipped to my APO address from a private shipping company, and was definitely well packaged. *Grill seemed heavy duty, metallurgical composite unknown, seems like aluminum. *Light bar slimline, packaged well also. *Missing mounting hardware for Light Bar to mount to the ZROADZ Series Grill. *I improvised which required drilling new holes, very soft metal, drill bit (for Wood) went through quite fast. *Mounted ZROADZ Series Grill with 20" Light Bar to my Ford Ranger.

does this come with a plug and play wiring harness ?

Asked by: Steve - 7/9/2021

The harness is plug-and-play into the included light, but the switch will require some minor drilling or trimming in your truck's cab for install.
