Will the system interfere with towing hitch?

This kit won't interfere with the stock hitch, though you could potentially have an issue with aftermarket hitches or weight distribution hitches.

It says they’re on a swivel - can they be adjusted to tilt while on the vehicle and at will, or do you need to set, tighten, and use tools to adjust when you’re back there? (Thinking about for lighting while messing with trailer)

This bracket is not a true swivel. There's some range of adjustment, but it requires loosening a retaining screw on the bracketry.

Does this kit come with the wiring harnesses? If so! How late no are the wires because I would like to hook them up to my aux switches.

According to ZRoadZ, this kit comes with a pretty basic 25ft wiring harness with a cherry switch. You should have the length to tie it into one of your upfitters without any issues.

Are they plug and play?

This kit comes with a generic 25ft wiring harness, though there's really no where it can plug and play into. You have the option of tapping your reverse lights for automatic function or splicing the leads into one of your truck's upfitter switches if you don't wish to slice and dice for the included switch.

What is the rating of these lights for use around water? For example landing/launching a boat they could have waves intermittently submersing them.

According to ZRoadZ, the lights included in this kit are IP69 waterproof rated, which means they should be good for depths up to 3 meters. In theory, as long as you're keeping them submerged for just long enough to launch your boat, you shouldn't have ingress issues.

Will this work with legend ranch hand rear bumper?

We haven't tried it ourselves, but I doubt it due to how the Ranch Hand bumper installs and comes down.

We can't guarantee that this kit will work with an aftermarket rear bumper, and we have not tried using it with an Ranch Hand rear bumper.
