Any issues with heat from the LED light bars and the plastic grille?

There is not. Each light bar is only drawing 4amps, so there's not much heat to be generated in the first place, and it has to get through the lenses first before being hot enough to melt the ABS grille.

Who is the manufacturer of the LED Bars, what is light warranty, is the harness designed to tie into the normal hi/lo beam harness or do i hook to my aux switch. I assume the grill has to come off to install these lights?

The light bars are ZRoadZ's own light bars. They offer a limited lifetime warranty on the bars. The wiring harness includes its own basic on/off switch, though you could pretty easily tie the harness into the stock upfitter switches with some minor wiring work. The grille does need to be removed for installation of both the brackets and the light bars.

Does the wire harness come with a direct tap end for the upfitter switch wiring?

This kit comes with a wiring harness and its own switch. That being said, it would not be difficult to tie the wiring into your Super Duty's upfitter switches since the switch ZRoadZ includes is pretty basic.

zRoadz does not provide an exact timeframe. However, we estimate install time at 2-3 hours due to how tedious it is to remove and reinstall the grille.
