How many amps do each of these light bars draw? can they be tied to a single 25AMP switch, or do they need to be wired separately>

The amp draw for each light is only 1.3amps at 12Vs, so you should be able to tie them both into a single switch very easily.

How bright are they?

The LED light bars are pretty bright, and they'll be a nice addition over just the factory headlights and fog lights. However, they aren't all that impressive when compared to brand name light bars and off-road LED lights.
