Customer Question For 2012 Harley-Davidson F150 6.2L Does this kit include everything needed for install? Including intake manifold, upgraded fuel injectors, tune, and tuner? I already have SCTx4 tuner can kit be issued at lower price without tuner just the tune? What is helical upgrade? And can head unit be upgraded to D1 and if so how much is the upgrade? And can it be upgraded to the i-1?? If so how much for that upgrade ….thank you so much

Asked by: 2012 Harley-Davidson F150 6.2L - 3/9/2022
Customer Answer This kit does not come with an intake manifold. Centrifugal superchargers tend to reuse the factory intake manifolds. The "box" structure in the images just replaces the OEM resonator box assembly. The kit does come with injectors and tune. The i-1 systems are being discontinued. For possible customization options, please give us a call directly at 623-434-5277 or email us at [email protected].

Customer Question Is there a way to get a red finish on it, if not will powder coating it affect the performance ?

Asked by: Blake - 6/6/2020
Customer Answer Neither ProCharger nor ourselves currently offer the head unit in custom powder coat colors. In general, powder coating should not have a huge effect on performance, but you will need to disassemble the unit and avoid coating anywhere that may effect the seal or rotating parts of the head unit.

Customer Question Does this kit come with injectors and if not is it recommended to upgrade my factory injectors. I have a 6.2 raptor cattless long tube stainless works headers and MBRP exhaust.

Asked by: James - 5/21/2019
Customer Answer This kit does come with fuel injectors. However, this kit's tuning will not be compatible with your truck's long tube headers, and you'll need to go with ProCharger's Stage 2 Tuner kit that does not include injectors or tuning. Your choice of injector will depend on what power level you're going for and whether you'll use a larger head unit or smaller pulley. Your best bet would be to call us directly at 623-434-5277 for possible fuel injector options.

Customer Question Will this type of supercharger also work on a super duty with a 6.2l?

Asked by: Joshua - 9/9/2018
Customer Answer Unfortunately, ProCharger has not confirmed fitment of this kit on a 6.2L Super Duty, and they do not have tuning support for the 6.2L Super Duty trucks.

Customer Question Are any upgrades to a stock 2011 raptor needed to run this blower at maximum power with out having risks of any problems with the truck? For instance; fuel injectors, cam shaft, fuel pump, etc...

Asked by: KC1331 - 8/10/2018
Customer Answer This supercharger system doesn't require any other components other than what it comes with for proper operation. The only thing you may want to check is that your truck's fuel pump is operating normally within OE specs. As long as you're only planning on using this kit with its out-of-the-box head unit and ProCharger's tuning, you should not have to update your truck's internals or cams.

Customer Question Would this kit fit 2011-2014 F250/F350s? It wouldnt be a problem rerouting intercooler piping, but im wondering if the actual procharger will work/fit in the engine bay. Thank you for your time!

Asked by: Robert - 7/23/2018
Customer Answer We can't strictly guarantee it. Neither ProCharger nor ourselves have attempted an install of this kit on a Super Duty truck.

Customer Question How do you receive the pro charger tuning required? And does it wipe out my 5star tuning I currently have?

Asked by: CTW 2013 6.2 - 6/29/2017
Customer Answer The ProCharger systems comes with its own tuning device that you use to load the ProCharger Tune. The ProCharger will replace your 5-Star custom tune, and we strongly recommend that you return your truck to stock before installing the ProCharger system and uploading your ProCharger tune.

Customer Question I only see the P-1 for 2011 Raptor Procharger. Is there a D-1 option? I would like the D-1 so temperatures stay lower. Thank You Robert

Asked by: Robert - 11/14/2016
Customer Answer The standard P-1SC-1 head unit can be substituted for ProCharger's D-1SC head unit in ProCharger's Tuner Kit for the 6.2L Raptors only. You will need to source your own fuel upgrades and tuning.

Customer Question What's the hp gain?

Asked by: Jesse - 7/26/2015
Customer Answer ProCharger quotes roughly a 50% gain in baseline horsepower with their supercharger, which would be about a 200 horsepower increase in peak crankshaft horsepower. However, all gains will depend on the condition of your engine, fuel octane, and ambient conditions.
