How fast do points show up after a purchase?
Purchase points post to your account once your order ships. Points for writing a review can take up to a week to be credited.
How do I use my points at checkout?
Sign in to your Stage 3 account, add your parts to the cart, and you'll see a redemption option in checkout where you can convert points into a coupon.
Do my points expire?
Points expire 12 months from the date earned. Active accounts that order regularly never need to worry about expiration.
Can I stack rewards with discount codes?
No. Reward coupons cannot be combined with other discount codes on the same order. Use whichever saves you more.
Are points earned on phone orders?
Points are earned on online orders only. Phone orders processed by our team don't qualify for rewards points.
Are there any brand exclusions?
A small number of brands have restrictions imposed by the manufacturer. If a product isn't eligible, you'll see it noted at checkout. Contact us if you have a specific question.
What happens if I stop ordering?
Accounts that have been inactive for 180 days or more may be deactivated, and any unused points are forfeited. Just place an order or earn any points before then to stay active.
