Q: Will I receive points for purchases made prior to the launch of the rewards program?A: No. Points can only be earned on purchases made after the implementation of Zinrelo rewards. Q: I did not receive rewards points for writing a review?
A: Reward points for reviews are not rewarded immediately. They'll be rewarded some time after your review is submitted. Q: Can I use more than one rewards gift card at a time?
A: No. Unfortunately, our system only allows the use of a single gift card on a single order. Q: Are points rewarded for phone orders?
A: No. Points are only rewarded for online orders. Q: What happens to inactive accounts?
A: Any user who’s account is at least 180 days old and has not made a purchase is subject to have their account deactivated. Inactive accounts will lose any points acquired. Q: Can points be used on items with a discount code applied?
A: No. Points cannot be used on parts and products that have discount codes actively applied.
