Most of us like to think of the Ford F-150 as an off-road king that rules and dominates the badlands. While strictly road-use F-150s do not have the best reputation in the Ford enthusiast community, all of us at Stage 3 Motorsports knew that it was possible to create a big, bad 3.5L EcoBoost "Street Queen" 2017 F-150. Our project truck may never see the dirt, but our "Street Queen" could even make the most die-hard off-road enthuisats salivate at the sight of it.
SuperLift 6" Suspension Lift Kit with Bilstein Shocks
While we may never need to avoid huge boulders on treacherous dirt trails, a lift kit just looks so much more aggressive and better than stock suspension height. We opted for the SuperLift 6" Suspension Lift Kit with Bilstein Shocks. This excellent suspension system includes front strut spacers, rear shocks all neccessary components to provide a complete, excellent lift. The new height gives excellent visibility of the entire road in every direction and also allows for fitment of mean 36" tires. 2015-2020 F150 4WD SuperLift 6" Suspension Lift Kit with Bilstein Shocks
Fuel Forged FF19 22x12 Wheel
Our truck may never need wheels that can withstand off-road abuse, aftermarket wheels still provide a bigger size more fitting of an aggressive build and much better strength than stock. Fuel Forged's FF19 Wheel uses a 22x12" size to fittingly pair with our 6" of lift. The FF19 also has a 6061-T6 forged aluminum mono block design, which will definitely hold up for street driving. Complete with a modern design, black finish and milled accents, our wheels help add some dazzle to our "Street Queen". Fuel Forged FF19 22x12 Wheel
Fury Country Hunter M/T Tires
Even if our "Street Queen" will never flirt with the dirt, no F-150 should use basic stock tires on our watch. The 35/12.50R22LT Fury Country M/T Tires use an all-terrain design that will run smoothly on the street. With a heavy-duty F Load Rating, these tires will have no issue when the F-150 hauls heavy. Its large 35" diamter and tough puncture resistant 3-Ply sidewall and specialized tread grips ensures durability on our "Street Queen" at all times. Fury Country Hunter M/T Tires
SuperCrew Putco Black Platinum Door Sill Plates
If you're like us, then you're really prideful of Ford and the F-150. That's why we added some much needed styling to the factory door sills. A Putco Black Platinum Door Sill Plate fits underneath all four of our "Street Queen" F-150's doors and proudly displays the F-150 lettering logo. The logo is laser-etched for a clean look that stands out on all sides of our truck. Not only does it look great, but the plates also help protect the door sills with its tough stainless steel construction. SuperCrew Putco Black Platinum Door Sill Plates
K&N 63 Series Cold Air Intake
The stock intake of the F-150 gets the job done, but factory intake systems just are too restrictive for our liking. Our K&N 63 Series Cold Air Intake operates with much more air volume than stock and improves filtraiton. Cool, clean air helps the intercooler operate better in our "Street Queen" truck. The filter also uses an oiled filter, full heat shield assembly and an inlet tube for excellence. The whole system drops right into place of our stock intake and is one of the easiest but best upgrades we made. K&N 63 Series Cold Air Intake
DU-HA Underseat Storage Unit/Gun Case
Our "Street Queen" build wouldn't be finished without the capability to bring along firearms to one of Arizona's many shooting ranges. The DU-HA Underseat Storage Unit/Gun Case added so much storage capacity to the F-150's cab. Under your vehice's seats, there is plenty of room to discretely stash away up to three rifles or shotguns in a legal and safe way. Foam inserts keep the guns organized and secure inside the case. A strong plastic exterior additonally provides a tough barrier between your guns and whatever else. DU-HA Underseat Storage Unit/Gun Case
Mishimoto Aluminum Coolant Expansion Tank
The plastic exterior of a stock F-150 coolant expansion tank works just fine, but to dominate the roads in our "Street Queen" , we needed something better. Stock tanks have a a tendency of cracking and letting coolant slosh around if you're driving aggressively, so Mishimoto had a great altenrative for us. The Mishimoto Coolant Expansion Tank uses an all-aluminum construction to hold up against our rigorous driving. Internal baffles also help prevent the coolant from slowing and allows for more airflow into the engine cooling system. Mishimoto Aluminum Coolant Expansion Tank
