2016 F-150 XLT SuperCrew
Installed on a 2016 F150 XLT SuperCrew which took me about an hour and half to complete both sides. Stage 3 Motorsports customer service was spot on! When I placed my order, within 24 hours I received a reply about a discount code not working and the representative stated that the Rigid Industries LED lights are already discounted, so the 30% coupon does not apply. Was really looking to save more with the spending of $500. Overall, their prices are lower than other websites selling the same products. Shipping is great! Free overnight = I can deal with that! I HIGHLY recommend this company and this product! The most time consuming step was removing everything around the OEM fog light mounts to get them out. To make removal and installation easier, right behind the fog light housing, remove the 'L' shaped brace (3-bolts) which allows you the room you need to get the OEM housing out & the new light brackets in. The included bracket instructions are simple (with photos) to follow and after putting them together with the fog lights installed on the brackets, I recommend aiming the lights and tightening all bolts/screws before installing on your truck. Once the brackets/lights are installed on the truck, it's impossible to loosen/tighten the light bolts/screws to adjust where you want the lights to point. After installation is complete and you're ready to test the lights, if for any reason they don't turn on, follow the instruction card that came with the Starkey Adapters to switch the polarity of the wires on the Deutsch side of the adapter. I had to do this with both adapters and when I did a test turn-on, Whala! They came on! When I lit them up at night ~ WOW! Very bright & really makes a difference with 2-spot and 2-flood lights! ***Ordering Info*** It does not state on the Stage 3 Motorsports website but if you intend to run 4-lights using the OEM fog light switch in the cab, you will need to order the 'Starkey H10 to DUAL Deutsch Adapter' and 'Starkey H10 to Deutsch Adapter'. This description for the Dual Deutsch Adapter makes you think you can run all 4 lights with that adapter, which is not the case. You will need part # SP-5010 also. ***Notes*** The Starkey H10 to Dual Deutsch Fog Light Adapter Kit can handle up to 4 off-road LED lights drawing a maximum of 2.5 amps per light. I received 2 shipments. The bracket and lights came next day UPS and the Starkey adapters were shipped USPS from Florida with a couple days shipping. Had to wait for the adapters for a complete install. All parts needed to complete install: 2015-2017 F150 Rigid Industries Dual D-Series Fog Light Bucket Mounts ' Part #: 46555 Rigid Industries Dually Pro LED Light White Spot (pair) - Part #: 202213 Rigid Industries Dually Pro LED Light White Flood (pair) - Part #: 202113 F150 Starkey Products H10 to Dual Deutsch Fog Light Adapters ' Part #: SP-5010-2 Amp draw: 2.14 F150 Starkey Products H10 to Deutsch Fog Light Adapters ' Part #: SP-5010 Amp draw: 2.14

Ordering from Stage 3 was fantastic! Best price I could find and free overnight shipping. These lights are awesome. They put out more light than my off brand 9 lights bars. Easy installation with the included wiring harness. Heavy duty mounting brackets are included.

Really pleased with these. After buying (and returning, or throwing away) several sets of cheap LED pods, I was happy to find that the quality of the Rigids is worth the extra cost. Looking back, I should have bought Spots for my application, but I'm throroughly impressed with the Floods. I may move them to another mounting location at some point and replace with another pair of Rigids.

Customer Question I have a road armor stealth bumper on the way and want to put in replacements for my fog lights. Will these work for this application? Will it come with a harness for factory wiring? Any mounting kit needed?

Asked by: Keith S - 4/12/2020
Customer Answer As long as your Road Armor Bumper is set up to accept 3" cube lights, these Rigid lights will fit. However, they will not come with a harness or connectors for your stock wiring. We may be able to get you adapters, depending on your vehicle. Please give us a call directly at 623-434-5277.

Customer Question WILL THESE LIGHTS MOUNT ON A VERTICAL MOUNTING PLATE ? I have a RZR 900 UTV and would like to mount these off the back roof and use for rear flood lights.

Asked by: Awiszusk - 3/17/2020
Customer Answer There's no reason why you couldn't, though I'm not sure what kind of beam pattern you may end up with. If you have RZR 900 with a roll cage, your better bet may be Rigid's Horizontal Bar Mounts.

Customer Question Will these work with the H10 to Deutsch adapters you guys sell? I am trying to mount 4 on my bumper and connect them to my existing fog light switch.

Asked by: Evan - 1/6/2020
Customer Answer Yep. These will work with Starkey Product's H10 to deutsch connectors. Just keep in mind that these lights are not SAE/DOT-approved for street use, and they're for off-road use only.

Customer Question what size is the bottom bolt that bolts to the bumper for this light ?

Asked by: Emery - 12/16/2019
Customer Answer According to Rigid, the bottom mounting bolt is a 5/16", 18x1mm carriage bolt. If you're going to do a lower bumper/grille mount on these lights, you'll have to do some drilling.

Customer Question I am interested in the small Rigid LED block lights. I have a 2011 5.0L and have recently removed the center license plate bracket and gone with the Ecoboost license plate mount. I am thinking about buying a pair of these lights, mounting them to the existing holes in the end of the frame rails, and then wiring them in to the fog light circuit so that when I switch on the fog lights these come on. I was wondering if this has been done and what else I would need to make this happen? Thanks for the help and I look forward to hearing back from y'all soon.

Asked by: Austin Minter - 3/23/2015
Customer Answer Everything should work, however you would need a custom bracket and wiring work to tie them into your fogs, since they come standard with a deutsch connector and their own switch. Frankly, you may want to reconsider tying them into the fogs, since these lights are not street legal, and you basically lose your ability to use you fog lights in low-visibility situations while out on public roads.
