A Balanced Setup That Actually Feels Like an Upgrade

If you've been running your F150 on its stock suspension or a basic leveling kit, you already know it can only take you so far before the ride starts to feel floaty or inconsistent. This Bilstein Suspension Package changes that in a way you can feel right away. Up front, the 5100 adjustable struts give you the ability to level the truck while improving how it handles at the same time. Out back, the 5160 shocks bring in a remote reservoir design that helps control heat and keeps performance consistent when things get rough. Compared to spacer kits or entry-level shocks, this setup actually works with the suspension instead of just changing the height. Around town, the truck feels tighter and more responsive, and once you hit rough roads or trails, it stays composed instead of bouncing around or losing control.

Dial In Your Stance and Back It Up with Real Performance

The front lift is built into the 5100 struts using adjustable snap-ring settings, which lets you choose between stock height and up to about 2.25 inches of lift before installation. It is a clean way to level the truck or run a slight rake depending on your setup, all while reusing your factory springs and mounts. That keeps things simple and avoids the harshness you sometimes get with full spring swaps. The 5160 rear shocks are where this kit really separates itself, especially if you tow, haul, or spend time off-road. The remote reservoirs help manage heat during repeated impacts, which means the shocks stay consistent instead of fading out when you need them most. Installation is straightforward for anyone familiar with suspension work, though you will want to plan your front height ahead of time. Once everything is dialed in, the truck feels more planted, more predictable, and far better suited for real use, whether that means daily driving, pulling a trailer, or getting off the pavement on the weekends.
