The winch mount installs onto your F150's frame horns behind your stock bumper and uses the lower grille opening for a fairlead mount so that you have easy access to your winch rope. The Rough Country Hidden Winch Mounting Plate adds tons of utility to your F150 while maintaining your truck's clean, factory looks and without the huge expense of winch-capable bumpers or grille guards. The winch mounting plate is designed to fit standard 10x4.5" bolt pattern winches, giving you a bunch of options for recovery.

Durable Steel Construction That Mounts Directly to the Frame

The Rough Country Hidden Winch Mounting Plate is built strong, and since it mounts directly to your F150's frame, it can handle winches with up to 12,000lb capacities. The Rough Country Hidden Winch Plate is made entirely out of steel that's then covered in a carbon black powder coat finish that protects it against corrosion and helps it blend into the area behind the rear bumper and the lower grille opening. The Hidden Winch Mount places the fairlead mount right in the center of your F150's lower bumper opening which allows for easy access, a great look, and the ability to attach your winch hook to your F150's factory tow hooks. The winch mount even comes with a remote port, making it easy to actually use your winch when the time comes. The winch mount comes with hardware and only involves minor amounts of trimming to get your winch of choice up and running on your F150.

Only recommended for V8 and N/A V6 F150s only: this winch mounting plate will only fit 5.0L V8, 6.2L V8, and 3.5L NA V6 F150s out of the box, due to the stock intercooler locations on the 3.5L EcoBoosts. Fitment of this kit on 3.5L EcoBoost trucks will require the use a high-mount intercooler kit that moves the intercooler into the upper grille.

Will not fit with body lifts: this winch mount plate will not fit F150s equipped with body lifts.
