Complete Powered Subwoofer with Low-Profile Enclosure

Adding a powerful amplified subwoofer from Kicker to your car or truck is all well and good. The real problems start when you need to find room for all your aftermarket hardware so that it's not jutting out in odd places and cramping your style. That's where Kicker's Hideaway Subwoofer comes in. This awesome system is built around an 8" Kicker Subwoofer that's housed in a low-profile enclosure and powered by a 150W amplifier. The enclosure is only 3-1/8" tall, allowing you to install this awesome subwoofer just about anywhere in your vehicle. The entire system easily fits under front seats, behind rear seats, and just about anywhere else you have handy with minimal to no modifications. The Hideaway system may not be the most powerful subwoofer on the market, but it gives your vehicle a smooth bass rumble while fitting practically anywhere.

Easy Installation and Straightforward Wiring

The Kicker Hideaway 8" subwoofer is extremely easy to install and wire in to just about any sound system thanks to its compact, modular design. The Hideaway comes with nylon straps with Velcro fasteners for mounting on floorboards or behind rear seats. The system features a 10-pin Molex® quick connect harness that allows for easy wiring and quick install and removal from your vehicle. The Hideaway kit has both low-level and high-level inputs that allow it to be used with a variety of OEM and aftermarket head units. The subwoofer has a 25 to 120Hz frequency response and comes with a remote for easy bass level adjustments from the driver's seat. The Hideaway system has Kicker's KickEQ® bass boost, a 0/180 phase reversal, and a 12db/24db crossover to get you the most versatility and compatibility with your audio system of choice.

2013 F150 Ecoboost SCrew

Love this sub!!! Fits completely behind the rear seat. Plenty of lows. Completely hidden. Comes with a remote level controller.

2017 f150

My truck did not come with the factory sub so I figured this would add a little extra. It added a little extra but I'm not impressed. The range isn't that great and it's not the clearest sound. I've used kicker many times before and expected much better for the price. I'm using it for now but will upgrade soon.

2015 f150 xlt super cab

Perfect for the cab size and to complement the five speaker kicker kit for the f150 and your not going the rattle the neighbors windows, I installed it behind the back seat fits perfectly I made a custom bracket to mount it to the cab floor

This subwoofer is a universal kit, and will work with most vehicles on the market. If you are trying to connect to a factory stereo/speakers, you will most likely need a line out converter to connect to the factory speakers so you have some RCA connections for the amplifier side of it.

Will this subwoofer work with a 2018 ford focus st? If so, how does it get wired into the factory speakers?
