Successfully upgrading your 1500s suspension is the first major modification you'll need to truly own the off-roading experience. You could have the nastiest V12 engine swapped into your build, but without the proper accommodation for your lift and suspension kits, you're not going anywhere. BDS designed their 2019-2025 Ram 1500 Upper Control Arm to allow you to properly house lifts and suspension kits. This upper control arm allows for your beefed up suspension to cycle in a controlled motion to perform the way you want, even when lifted, on paved roads. The performance becomes more consistent and predictable off-road making you like like a rally legend. Equipped with MOOG ball joints, to replace your weak, stock ball joints, this kit was built to endure anything you choose to throw at it.

Just as solid as anything else BDS releases these are tough. Install was a breeze since I already had my shock out for replacing. Just another 2 bolts and the oem UCA came right out. Installing was just as simple.

what’s the height limit? On bds upper control arm for a 2021 ram 1500

Asked by: John - 4/15/2024

According to BDS, there is no height limit on these UCA and they will work with all lift heights. They add 1.4 degrees of positive camber so we would recommend using them on minimal a level kit, and can be used on any height lift kit to help with spring clearance and alignment.
