I kept replacing cool packs, sometimes 2-3 a month. After buying these, the missing and shuddering has ceased and the truck is solid. Best thing I've ever bought

2011 F150 Eco Boost
Very good product. Fitment was great, and it arrived quickly. It is a less than 30 minute install. The hardest part is pulling out the original coils since the lower boots can get stuck on the spark plug. If that happens you just need a needle nose pliers to pull them off. I purchased because the 2nd factory coil had failed in two months on my 2011 ecoboost, so I decided to change them all. Very happy.

shipping was very quickly. Guys at Stage3 called me to notify that the color i choose was out of stock and told me they would be sending blue instead of black. Great product, easy install once you get the first one out. thank you

These started failing one by one after about 8k miles. The plastic body became brittle and the metal plug contacts inside the housing deteriorated until it barely made contact with the plug. Which of course caused horrible misfires. I don't recommend them.

13 3.5L Ecoboost f-150
Great product, seem to be very well made and performance is much better over the stock coils that seemed to be getting tired after 100k miles. All in all i would recommend this product to anyone that has done anything performance enhancing to there ecoboost. Seems to help fight the idling issues and hopefully will be even better with the new catted downpipe and tune coming at the end of this week.

Customer Answer These coils come with their own boot that is equivalent to the OEM part number. No additional boots are required.

Customer Question Other websites list these coil packs fit 2011 thru 2018’s f-150’s and they have a 3 prong connection. But you list them only fitting up to 2016. Are these coil packs a 2 or 3 prong connection? If they are a 3 prong connection they should fit up to 2018.

Customer Answer The amount of prongs is only one factor in regards to fitment and function of these coilpacks. The Ford OEM part numbers for coil packs are different between the 2016 model year (DG549 or BL3Z-12029-C) and the 2017-2018 model years (DG560). They will not work on a 2017-2018 F150 3.5L EcoBoost, we found out the hard way.
