Drop-In Muffler for an Aggressive Sound with No Hassles

Getting a new and aggressive sound of your 2017-2020 Ford Raptor doesn't mean you need to completely overhaul its factory cat-back system. All you really need is Corsa's Muffler Upgrade Kit. Consisting of an entirely new and redesigned muffler, Corsa's Muffler Upgrade gives your Raptor's 3.5L EcoBoost a deep and noticeable new growl that is sure to turn a few heads. The Corsa Muffler Upgrade Kit drops right into place of the factory muffler, allowing you to keep your Raptor's OEM tailpipes for a stock look. The Corsa Muffler Upgrade can even be paired with Corsa's Resonator X-Pipe delete kit to produce an extremely aggressive sound that will catch attention wherever you go.

304 Stainless Steel Muffler with Low-Drone Technology

The Corsa Muffler Delete Kit was designed to improve your Raptor's sound without increasing drone and while dropping right into place of its factory muffler. Corsa's muffler is carefully tuned to give your Raptor a deeper and more noticeable sound when you punch the throttle, but uses Corsa's unique Reflective Sound Cancellation (RSC®) technology that helps minimize high-pitch sounds that cause excessive amounts of drone. The muffler drops right into place of your Raptor's factory muffler, making it an easily-installed upgrade over stock. Each Corsa Muffler is made out of 304 Stainless Steel which resists corrosion and discoloration in practically any climate or application.

Hey, I'm currently torn between the corsa sport muffler and borla S type muffler/x pipe set up for my 2018 raptor. It's my daily driver so I don't want anything too loud, but at the same time something deeper than the stock exhaust. Also, is the corsa xtreme setup about the same volume as the borla atak, or closer to s type? Thank You

Asked by: Mike - 4/28/2018

We haven't had a Raptor in to compare all of these kits head-to-head yet, so it's tough to say. In the past on other trucks, the S-Types have tended to be louder than the Corsa Sport mufflers, though with a resonator delete Corsa Xtreme Kit, they would probably sound similar. The Borla ATAKs were always on another level in regards to sound, and I would stay away if you're concerned about drone or loudness. Your best bet would probably be to do this Corsa Muffler Upgrade, and then maybe do the Corsa Resonator delete down the road if it doesn't end up being loud enough for you.

What is the least aggressive muffler for a 2017 raptor?

Asked by: Tim - 7/30/2017

Out of the current muffler swaps, this Corsa kit would probably be the most mellow, though the Borla S-Type would be a close second. Depending on the sound you're going for, you may want to consider just doing Corsa's Resonator Delete instead.
