Improve Performance and Make Room for 38" Tires

If you're going for a towering stance for your 6.7L Super Duty build, you can never go wrong with a kit from BDS Suspension - especially when it's this performance-oriented Coilover Conversion 4-Link Suspension Kit. This kit comes with four heavy duty control arms as well as new four-link frame mounting brackets to replace your stock mounting system. The full replacement 4-link frame brackets bolt into factory holes and create a solid mounting location for the massive tubular 4-link arms. This high-performance lift kit utilizes powdercoated control arms to optimize front suspension geometry for control and handling through the most rugged off-road terrain as well as highways and roads. The front portion of the lift system also includes a forged drop pitman arm and front track bar relocation bracket to correct steering and track bar angles as well as to center the axle under the vehicle. Front bump stop extensions, sway bar drops, and brake line relocation brackets round out the front of this system, while full replacement BDS Glideride leaf springs level the rear with the front. The heavy-duty leaf springs springs utilize a five-leaf design with a built-in overload leaf to assist with heavy loads.

This all-terrain 4-Link Coilover System provides your F250 or F350 an 8" lifted platform to allow for 38" tires and fine-tunes your suspension system for maximum control no matter the terrain. The increased stability in the steering wheel is noticeable under normal driving conditions on streets and highways as well as on bumpy and uneven off-road trails. The links are made from high-quality and extremely thick steel that's expertly welded together in BDS' Michigan facilities. This kit centers around a pair of Fox Factory Series 8" travel coilovers that allow for easy compression adjustment and performance geared toward any application. The coilovers are paired with black anodized machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum mounts. Rounding out this awesome kit is a set of front and rear Fox 2.0 Series shocks for unparalleled on and off-road performance.

Customize Your Suspension System

BDS delivers an array of customization options so that you get the suspension system you're looking for and nothing more. These options include:

• FOX Coil-Over Dual Speed Compression (DSC) Technology: This option equips your coilovers with an adjuster that allows for on-road comfort as well as increased dampening for use off-road. The adjuster allows for specific tuning of your suspension through the use of easy twisting knobs.
• Steering Stabilizer: Rather than keeping your stock stabilizer, you have the option to upgrade your kit with either BDS' single or dual NX2 Series, their single or dual 9500 Series, or Fox's dual 2.0 Series stabilizer kit.
• Traction Bars: You have the option to upgrade your kit with BDS' own Recoil Traction Bar System. They have separate systems for short box and long box trucks, so be sure to get the right one for your Super Duty.
• Adjustable Front Track Bar: Adjustable track bars are always handy, especially when you like to try out different wheel & tire combinations and lift heights. You can throw on BDS' own heavy-duty front track bar as an option from our drop-down menu.
• Rear Anti-Sway Bar Link Kit: This option reinforces handling and control for extreme off-road action. Be sure to choose it from the drop-down menu if you so desire.
• Carrier Bearing Drop: A carrier bearing drop bracket reduces vibration and harshness on trucks with a two-piece driveshaft (which is the vast majority of them). Be sure to choose from the drop-down menu if you want a carrier bearing drop bracket included in your kit.
• Front Bumper Spacer Kit: If you're jumping up to an 8" lift, chances are you aren't gonna keep your stock wheels and tires for long. If you need the extra clearance, the optional Front Bumper Spacer Kit moves your front bumper forward 3/4". Check it at the drop-down menu if you want the Front Bumper Spacer Kit added to your lift kit.

Fitment Notes:

• Exhaust modification may be required to clear front driveshaft (gas only).
• Front bumper spacer kit may be required to run 38"x15.50" tires.
• If equipped with two-piece rear driveshaft, you'll need the Carrier Bearing Drop option added to your kit.
• Front driveshaft u-joints may max out at full droop. If so, a new front shaft will be required.
• If equipped with rear sway bar, you'll need the Rear Anti-Sway Bar Link Kit option added to your kit.
• U-bolts will not work on dually.
• Front auxiliary shocks can be omitted from kit - system can be used with C/O installed alone.
