Improved Ranger Ride Capability

This lift kit for a 4WD 2019-2023 Ford Ranger was designed to maintain a ride quality close to factory but still give you bigger, badder tires. You will have more tire clearance and better performance without having to worry about overextending the suspension or driveline angles at full suspension droop, which happens with competitor suspension kits. Competing lift kits wear out their components by putting too much stress on the CV shaft/boot operating at a bad angle. The black e-coated BDS 6" Lift Kit fixes this problem with a longer lasting suspension upgrade. The ride height and improved performance is accomplished with a strut spacer, a preload spacer, crossmembers, drop brackets, lift blocks, u-bolts and more!

The 6" lift kit from BDS includes a complete set of front-end lift kit hardware that brings up your front ride height while correcting your suspension and driveline hardware for a proper ride and performance. Each of these kits provides its extra ride height by using a pair of extremely strong strut spacers that bolt in between your Ranger's stock strut assembly and the upper body mount. The lift kit comes with a pair of CNC machined, ductile iron steering knuckles that correct your truck's upper control arm angles while helping to adjust your CV axle angles. The kit also comes with front and rear crossmembers, as well as differential drop brackets that relocate your truck's lower control arms and CV axles to a proper position. The crossmembers are bridged by a skid plate which helps keep your differential protected from damage. The crossmembers, skid plate, and drop brackets are each made out of 1/4" thick steel that's then powder coated to help resist corrosion. The rear also features a pair of 3-5/8" steel fabricated lift blocks for a leveled stance, and is secured with black e-coated u-bolts.

BDS NX2 Series Performance Shocks

Unlike most UCA lift kits which usually come packaged with no more than a couple of spring spacers, BDS includes a pair of BDS shocks to round out your new suspension kit with improved performance and ride dynamics. Equipping these shocks on your ride will improve your overall stability, control and performance, giving you plenty of confidence each time you get behind the wheel.

Can Include Optional Intrusion Beam

If you want to fit even larger tires to make an even more aggressive '19 Ranger, then you will want to add this Optional Intrusion Beam to your factory hardware. Without this part, you will be limited on tire size due to the factory intrusion beams location in the fenderwells. However, you do not want to just remove this beam because it is crucial for collision safety. The BDS' beam uses a lower profile to keep Ford's safety feature with the addition of a larger tire and suspension lift. With an OE tube appearance, the part uses a tough construction to hold up against obstacles. Plugs additionally keep dirt and debris out of your factory mounts for lasting durability.

Fitment: 2019-2023 Ford Ranger 4WD.

Recommended Wheel & Tire Specs: Aftermarket wheels can reach 20" wide with this kit. Stock 17-18" wheels cannot be reinstalled. Wheel weights should be positioned in the center of the wheel when balancing tires for 17-18" wheels; this avoid interference with the tie rod end. Wheels were tested with 4.5", 5", 5.5" and 6" of backspace. Applications using wheels with smaller backspacing, aggressive tires, or tires with multiple wheel weights may cause steering wheel wobble. Tires can reach 35" tall with this kit. Please note that some trimming may be required for proper tire fitment.

Modifications Required: For installation, some drilling, trimming and strut disassembly is required. Frame bracket and differential modification is also required. In order to safely modify the frame bracket with a plasma cutter, BDS advises you disconnect the battery first.

RWD/2WD Ranger Fitment: this kit will not fit a 2WD/RWD Ranger.

For aluminum spindles only: these UCAs will only fit Rangers with cast aluminum spindles, and will not fit Rangers with cast iron spindles. Please verify your truck's spindle/knuckle type before ordering.
