Premium Multi Rate Leaf Pack for Ford Raptor

Unleash the true potential of your 2017-2020 Raptor with the ICON Multi Rate Leaf Pack w/ Add In Leaf, a pinnacle of suspension engineering designed to elevate your off-road adventures. This leaf pack is the result of rigorous testing and engineering, making it an essential component of the ICON complete suspension system for the Gen 2 Raptor. Engineered for versatility and performance, this leaf pack offers three user-adjustable spring rates, giving you the freedom to fine-tune your vehicle's suspension to meet your specific needs and preferences. It's built with quality and precision, featuring a triple military wrap front eyelet and rear half wrap that significantly enhances durability and strength. A unique addition to this leaf pack is the rebound leaf, which effectively reduces severe axle wrap, addressing a common issue encountered during off-road excursions. Tip inserts and leaf separators are integrated to ensure a smoother, quieter ride while reducing friction and increasing overall ride comfort.

High-Quality Construction & Simple Installation

What sets this leaf pack apart is its direct bolt-in design, ensuring a hassle-free installation process that's accessible for both experienced mechanics and DIY enthusiasts. It has undergone rigorous testing under extreme off-road conditions, further validating its performance, strength, and durability. To cater to a wide range of Raptor setups, the spring rate has been designed slightly lighter than the factory setting, providing improved ride quality, especially on smaller, choppier terrains. However, for those who require additional load-carrying capability due to the addition of accessories or weight, the leaf pack includes an extra leaf (included with the kit) that can be easily added or exchanged, offering a 20% or 40% spring rate increase to handle heavier vehicles. Whether you're tackling choppy trails, dirt roads, or urban terrain, this ICON Multi Rate Leaf Pack w/ Add In Leaf is your ticket to a smoother, more controlled ride.
