Complete Centrifugal Supercharger System with up to 9psi of Boost

The ProCharger Stage 2 Intercooled supercharger system ups the ante over their standard High Output system by throwing in some extra and extremely powerful new hardware and PCM tuning that helps highly efficient P-1SC head unit produce up 8 to 9psi of boost pressure that gets your big, tough, 2011 to 2014 5.0L F150 up to 590 horsepower at its crankshaft. That's more power than most of the positive displacement supercharger kits on the market, all in a kit that's both easier to install and much more affordable than competing roots-style supercharger kits. The ProCharger Stage 2 kit gives you huge bang-for-your-buck power gains and comes with everything you need to get the system up and running on your aggressive F150 build. The Stage 2 Supercharger kit comes with a ProCharger P-1SC head unit, a specially-designed ProCharger "Race" high-performance air-to-air intercooler, fuel system upgrades, and ProCharger's PCM tuning that all work together to add up to 230 crankshaft horsepower onto your truck.

High-Powered Head Unit with Advanced Impeller and Gears

Like all of ProCharger's extremely powerful and awesome supercharger kits, this system is built around a highly-efficient P-1SC-1 centrifugal head unit. The P-1SC-1 features one of the most sophisticated and compact supercharger designs in the industry and easily mounts to the front of your F150's 5.0L V8 using a specially-designed bracket. The P-1SC-1 dumps huge amounts of air into your truck's intake manifold through the use of an advanced impeller that's CNC machined from aircraft grade 7075-T6 billet aluminum. The impeller is powered by a set of gears with an extremely high 4.10:1 step-up ratio that helps reduce hesitation and improves responsiveness when you stomp on the throttle. The gears are encased in a 6061 billet aluminum housing that makes the blower extremely durable. The gears can be upgraded to one ProCharger's Helical Gear sets that provide a quieter operation at an additional cost. The P-1SC-1 is entirely self-contained and self-lubricated with a specially-formulated oil and does not require tapping your truck's oil pan for feed or return lines.

Includes High Powered "Race" Air-to-Air Intercooler

Helping improve the P-1SC-1's efficiency and giving your truck as much power and torque as possible, is a ProCharger "Race" intercooler with an advanced and highly-efficient core design that maximizes cooling and allows for higher boost pressures. This lightweight, heavy-duty aluminum intercooler fits right below your truck's factory radiator to get optimum airflow through your truck's lower bumper opening. ProCharger's intercooler is up to 80% efficient and greatly lowers charger temperatures to give your entire supercharger system a boost in power and more power potential with other F150 5.0L performance parts.

Features Fuel System Upgrades and PCM Tuning

This 100% complete supercharger system comes with everything you need to get your P-1SC-1 centrifugal head unit up and running on your truck. Each kit comes standard with eight high-flow fuel injectors, a revised intake system with performance air filter, ProFlow bypass valve, a PCM programmer that's pre-loaded with a powerful ProCharger tune, installation hardware, and detailed instructions. The ProCharger F150 5.0L kit reuses your truck's factory intake manifold, making it much easier to install than positive-displacement supercharger systems. Each kit comes with a choice of inlet tubing style, with basic kits coming with a simple filter off of the head unit and an inlet tube that routs to the factory air box location as an upgradeable option.

50-State Street Legal: this ProCharger System is 50-state street legal and CARB Approved under Executive Order Number D-365-8.

Spark plugs: ProCharger strongly recommends picking up a new set of one step colder spark plugs (like the NGK 6510 Iridium Plugs) when installing this supercharger kit on your 5.0L F150 and gapping them down to .034".
