Highly Efficient and Powerful P-1SC-1 Head Unit

The ProCharger High-Output System is built around one of ProCharger's highly advanced P-1SC-1 centrifugal head units that's extremely efficient at driving large volumes of pressurized air into your F150's engine for big power gains. The P-1SC-1 features one of the most sophisticated and compact supercharger designs in the industry and easily mounts to the front of your F150's 5.0L V8 using a specially-designed bracket. The P-1SC-1 dumps huge amounts of air into your truck's intake manifold through the use of an advanced impeller that's CNC machined from aircraft grade 7075-T6 billet aluminum. The impeller is powered by a set of gears with an extremely high 4.10:1 step-up ratio that helps reduce hesitation and improves responsiveness when you stomp on the throttle. The gears are encased in a 6061 billet aluminum housing that makes the blower extremely durable. The gears can be upgraded to one ProCharger's Helical Gear sets that provide a quieter operation at an additional cost. The P-1SC-1 is entirely self-contained and self-lubricated with a specially-formulated oil and does not require tapping your truck's oil pan for feed or return lines. The head unit can be upgraded with ProCharger's unique Helical Gears which reduce noise at an additional cost.

Highly Efficient 3-Core Air-to-Air "Race" Intercooler

The key component of this system that puts it above ProCharger's standard High Output Kit is ProCharger's Race-Series air-to-air intercooler that allows for more aggressive tuning and less heat soak. The intercooler is made out of aluminum with cast aluminum end tanks that are paired up with a triple intercooler core design to greatly reduce inlet air temperatures and allow for even better performance from your P-1SC-1 head unit. ProCharger includes all the required tubing and mounting hardware for the intercooler, allowing it to drop right in line with your ProCharger Stage II system.

Features Bypass Valve and Mounting Hardware

This 100% complete supercharger system comes with everything you need to get your P-1SC-1 centrifugal head unit up and running on your truck. Each kit comes standard with a revised intake system with performance air filter, air-to-air "Race" intercooler, ProFlow bypass valve, installation hardware, and detailed instructions. The ProCharger F150 5.0L kit reuses your truck's factory intake manifold, making it much easier to install than positive-displacement supercharger systems.

Tuner Kit Only: this system is a tuner kit only and does not come with PCM programming or fuel system upgrades, and is recommended for F150s that are already heavily modified. A complete Stage II Supercharger System is also available.

Spark plugs: ProCharger strongly recommends picking up a new set of one step colder spark plugs (like the NGK 6510 Iridium Plugs) when installing this supercharger kit on your 5.0L F150 and gapping them down to .034".
