2017-2022 F250 & F350 Go Rhino BR20.5 Heavy-Duty Rear Bumper 28373T

The bumper looks great and seems to be well made however it was missing quite a bit of hardware in the sealed bag that it was supposed to come with and it was also missing a piece that should have been welded onto it so that the spare tire lock that comes on all f250s that it's made to fit would work properly. I had to grind slots into a 1\4 inch thick washer and tack it on to the back side of the bumper to make that work, fortunately it only needed a few quick spot welds to hold it in place so I was able to do it without messing up the paint finish on the visible side, and I was able to scrounge up the hardware I needed that was missing. All in all I would say I'm impressed with the bumper itself but I'm very unimpressed with go rhinos quality control as these are things that should have been caught before they shipped it out. I did email go rhinos warranty department about this issue, I wasn't asking for them to do anything just letting them know about the issues, it's been 2 weeks and I've yet to get a response of any kind.
