Extremely Strong Oil Pan with Improved Cooling and Drop-In Fit

While the factory oil pan on your 2018-2024 F150 3.0L Powerstroke does its job, it's definitely not the most robust thing in the world, and it doesn't do much to keep temperatures under control when you're pushing your diesel F150 build to its full potential. That's why our friends over at Pacific Performance Engineering created their HD Engine Oil Pan for the 2018-2024 F150 3.0L Powerstrokes. PPE's oil pan features a much stronger construction than the factory stamped steel oil pan and features built-in cooling fins that help keep your motor's running temperatures under much better control, especially when you're towing heavy or ripping your Powerstroke F150 around off-road. PPE's oil pan drops right into place of the factory oil pan and is molded perfectly to clear the subframe crossmember. The PPE HD Oil Pan also comes with a magnetic oil plug and installation hardware.

All-Aluminum Construction with Built-In Cooling Fins, Magnetic Drain Plug, and Installation Hardware

PPE designed their HD engine oil pan from the ground up to be stronger than stock while improving heat dissipation for tough applications. The entire pan is made out of cast A356.0-T6 aluminum that's extremely strong and can handle hits and impacts much better than the stock stamped steel pan. PPE's pan features 1/2" external cooling fins that help dissipate heat buildup so that you keep engine oil temperatures under control. PPE's HD pan also increases oil capacity by a full quart so that you have more oil to absorb more heat and provide even better lubrication to your engine's rotating components. The pan comes standard with a removable, stainless steel drain plug with a built-in Neodymium magnet to help capture particulates and contamination. PPE includes new installation hardware and instructions. The pan will require application of silicon sealant for install.
