This massive 30 gallon fuel tank installs in place of your Super Duty's stock spare tire and nearly doubles your truck's fuel capacity so that it can handle even longer hauls without you needing to worry about getting stuck on the side of the road. Compact, Large-Capacity Fuel Tank

The system includes a tank, of course, and the Titan Tanks fuel tank is built to be both strong and lightweight so that you don't need to worry about punctures or slowing your truck down. Each Titan fuel tank is made out of military-grade cross-linked polyethylene that is highly resistant to impacts and keeps the tanks unfilled weight right at a very light 30 pounds. The tank assembly installs right in place of your truck's spare tire and comes standard with a universal filler neck with a brushed aluminum door that can be fitted to either the exterior sidewall or the inside wall of the bed.

Push of a Button Control

Fuel transfer is controlled by a digital monitor and transfer module that are installed in your Super Duty's cab and allow for on-the-fly adjustments of fill rates. Monitor keeps track of your tank's fuel levels and has a one-touch button that starts fuel transfer from Titan's auxiliary tank to your Super Duty's primary tank. The transfer process will automatically end once the auxiliary tank is completely empty or if you press the button again to stop the process. The monitor, module, and pump system come with all their necessary wiring, brackets, and hardware.

Hitch Fitment: The Titan Tank will only fit Super Dutys equipped with a Class V hitch. Check your hitch specifications before ordering.

Diesel Applications Only: Titan's Spare Tire Tank will only fit and function on Super Dutys with 6.4L or 6.7L Powerstroke diesel engines, and will not work on 6.8 V10 or 6.2L V8 gasoline Super Dutys.
