Better & Street Legal Ranger Exhaust Note

Fixing the 2019-2023 Ford Ranger's wimpy kitty purr of an exhaust note needs to be one of the first additions to the truck. However, a loud and obnoxious sound may not be the best idea for certain suburban neighborhoods when you leave for work in the morning. Roush has come up with with great idea to sound better but not deafen anyone with their Dual Exit Cat-Back Exhaust Kit. The exhaust was designed to sound meaner without breaking any sound laws that become a problem with some exhaust kits. In addition to sound, this exhaust system also provides a consistent exhaust flow and way more than the stock application provided. The kit completely replaces your Ranger's muffler and tailpipes for a great sound and look.

Great Look & Improved Construction

The kit also features a great look and tough components to ensure the kit's durability. The kit features a muffler, overaxle pipe, side-exit tailpipes and dual exhaust tips. The Roush Cat-Back's unique design is complemented by a high-quality construction and excellent fitment that Roush is known for. The cat-back kit features mandrel-bent tubing for better flow and strength. The entire kit is made out of 304 stainless steel that resists both corrosion and discoloration in practically any climate or application. The Active Cat-Back is built around a unique muffler design with two inlets and two outlets. The Active Cat-Back comes with all the hardware and wiring you need to install the system, and is topped off with 4" diameter dual-walled, polished exhaust tips. For installation, no cutting is required of your factory exhaust.

Fitment: 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 Ford Ranger 2.3L EcoBoost.

Legality in California: This exhaust kit complies with California exhaust sound laws, and is legal in the state.

Does the raptor ranger grill come with plug and play adapter

Asked by: JC - 4/23/2022

None of the grilles we offer come standard with lighting. All lighting kits need to be purchased separately. The grille light kits we offer from Custom Auto Works all come with plug-and-play adapters and do not require splicing.
