The 3.0L Powerstroke under the hood of your 2018-2019 F150 is a workhorse of a motor, but even it can run out of steam in the higher RPMs due to heat soak of your F150's stock intercooler. All-Aluminum Intercooler with Larger and More Efficient Tubing

The aFe Bladerunner Intercooler and Tubing Kit provides a huge improvement in intercooler volume and airflow efficiency in a high-quality package. This kit is built around one of aFe's Bladerunner intercoolers that has a larger core and more surface area than stock. Each intercooler features an all-aluminum design with aluminum end tanks that help dissipate heat more effectively than the stock plastic end tanks. The intercooler's core uses a bar-plate design that improves heat dissipation over the stock tube-fin intercooler. The intercooler tubing is both larger than stock and uses smoother bends than the factory intercooler tubing in order to reduce restrictions and back pressure and get a larger amount of air form your turbo, through your intercooler, and into your 3.0L Powerstroke. The cold-side tube comes standard with a 1/8" NPT port that can be used for installing an additional sensor or a water-methanol system.
