Very good quality shock Stage 3 always has the best price. Bilstein 6112 paired with 5160. Changed the ride quality for the best and removed the body roll Fords are notorious for. Great on pavement and especially off-roading

Customer Question What billstein coilovers kit fits a 2023 f150 short bed 4x4 w/5.0

Customer Answer At this time Bilstein does not make a coilover for the F150 platform. The 6112 strut assembly in this kit is the closest you can get to a full assembly that Bilstein offers. This kit will work no problem on your 2023 F150 4wd.

Customer Question Do these work on a 21 xlt f150 with the 3.0 powerstroke?

Customer Answer These will bolt onto the 3.0L Powerstroke F150, but you will not see the full advertised height on the front due to the extra weight from the heavier diesel engine.

Customer Question Should I be using the springs from Bilstein or the Ford factory one if I have 2023 Powerboost (I'm assuming the factory springs are higher rate)? I am already running the 5160 shocks in the rear.

Customer Answer The 6112 have their own coil spring that is to be used, this product is not designed to be used with the factory springs.

Customer Question Do you know the spring rate for the included Bilstein coil springs? The factory springs are as low as 314 lb/in and as high as 634 lb/in depending on the configuration. That's a wide range to fill with a one size fits all option.

Customer Answer According to Bilstein, this kit comes with 500lb-in springs. You have to keep in mind that since Ford uses one strut assembly for all their trucks, their only way to modulate ride height with all their various engine and cab options is with spring rate. Bilstein's spring rate is generally enough to get you to their advertised ride height settings, though there will be some minor variation.

Customer Answer Bilstein hasn't outright confirmed fitment on the 2.7L as of yet. The 6112s should bolt up to a 2.7L truck, but you'll probably end up with slightly more ride height than what they're rated for on the other F150s, due to the lighter weight of the 2.7Ls. This could be good or bad, depending on what you're trying to do.

Customer Question Can you tell me if this kit is compatible with a 2022 F-150 Tremor?

Customer Answer Bilstein has not confirmed fitment on the Tremors. Even if they do, it's questionable how much of a benefit they would be over the stock Tremor suspension, and you'd only gain .5" of ride height at a maximum.
