How is the noise level compared to stock with and without the air scoop?

Since this intake comes with an enclosed air box, it's only slightly louder than stock, bit with and without the scoop.

What is the box connecting to the main intake for? Also I have a k&n intake at the moment and it takes longer to start the truck. Is that a problem associated with all cold air intakes? last thing is this carb legal?

This intake has a "housing" for the PCV and vacuum barbs, likely to just make them more accessible. In general, an intake should not effect start-up with a proper install and a clean air filter. This kit is not currently CARB-approved.

Do any of the 2019 6.2 intakes fit the 2020 6.2 f250

This particular kit is not confirmed to fit a 2020 6.2L Super Duty, and outside of panel filters, there's not many complete intake kits that are confirmed to fit.
