Personally, I would probably go with the Airaid Kit. Airaid's systems tend be a little higher quality than K&N's more basic systems. Since this kit also has an enclosed air box, you'll also get less sound and likely have to clean the filter less often, especially if you're heading off-road on a regular basis. Now, the Blackhawk kit is less expensive, and some folks do like an aggressive intake sucking sound, so if budget's an issue, then the Blackhawk kit would still be a fine choice.
