Your 2017-2019 Ford Performance Raptor's dual rear exit exhaust and black tips are one of it's most noticeable features, however, your aggressive off-road truck doesn't make much more than a kitten purr from the factory which almost necessitates an exhaust upgrade. 304 Stainless Steel System with New Inlets and Mufflers

Each Borla S-Type Muffler Replacement Kit is made out some of the highest quality materials and was carefully designed to drop right into place of your muffler assembly and mid-pipes. The Borla S-Type Kit consists of new intermediate tubes that meet with your Raptor's factory downpipes, as well as an S-Type Muffler assembly that meets with your factory over-axle tubes and tips. The system drops right into place of your factory hardware without any permanent modifications to your truck, and is made entirely out of high-quality 304 stainless steel tubing that can resist corrosion and discoloration in practically any climate or application. The S-Type mufflers in this kit feature a specialized straight-through design that generates an aggressive sound without a ton of interior drone. 17 Ford Raptor

Very easy to install and took less than an hour. Wow did it change my Raptor, no more purring now a real agressive growl......Ford should have put them on at the factor. Not sure what horsepower it added but i know it added some for sure. Truck just preforms and you can hear it.Thank You Stage 3 and Borla for the awesome product and very quick ship time.

2019 F-150 Limited

Nice deep notes, bolted right up as expected, and WOT sounds professionally aggressive - as others have said, how it should have sounded from the factory. Also, the cold starts make me hard. Very happy after 1mo, so if you've landed on this one after searching, search no further and buy with confidence.

2018 raptor

First of all the guys at stage3motorsports are very helpful, it’s not their fault a company made a poor product I installed the borla s type exhaust on my 2018 raptor and was very disappointed with it. It sound really obnoxious( I get scared to give it gas people would laugh at me. Stay away from Borla for your gen 2 raptor

2019 Ford Raptor

Truck sounds great! At idle it has a mean growl and is pretty tame until you get on it and let everyone know that you have 450hp under the hood! Installation took around 3 hours with just myself and the truck on jacks. Highly recommend

Is the diameter larger and when cruising how much louder than stock are they?

The diameter of the Borla components is the same as stock. I haven't personally been in a Raptor with this kit installed. If it's anything like Borla's other S-Type kits for the EcoBoosts, then it'll likely have a noticeable sound at cruising speeds, but shouldn't be too overbearing where you'll have to shout in your cab in order to be heard.
