The 2021-2025 Bronco ICON 1/2" C/O Bump Stop Spacer Kit Allows you to Clear 37" with the ICON VS RR Front Coilovers

The recommended tire size for the ICON VS RR Coilovers is 35", but you do have the option of clearing 37" tires with a few more modifications. This size tire requires the removal or replacement of the factory crash bars along with the addition of the 2021-2025 Bronco ICON 1/2" C/O Bump Stop Spacer Kit. These bump stop spacers add extra room between the tires and the bump stops to be able to continue to utilize the bump stops properly. This is an important feature when driving off-road as it protects the coilovers and the rest of your suspension from damage. Bump stops act as the buffer between your suspension and the ground to keep it from bottoming out and hitting any of your vital suspension components.

Additional Trimming and Modifications Likely Required

In order to accommodate 37" tires with this 2021-2025 Bronco ICON 1/2" C/O Bump Stop Spacer Kit and the ICON VS RR Coilovers, there is likely some additional trimming and modifications that need to be done to further add space between these parts. Without the proper space, there will likely be contact between these parts leading to wearing down of the tread on the tires and hindering of the performance of the coilovers. For the bump stops especially, this extra spacing allows them to function properly. They can continue to protect your suspension from bottoming out which is a vital protection feature off-road. If you are serious about upgrading to 37" oversized off-road tires, this is not a part that you can skip out on.
