More or less. I'd probably argue the COBB kit comes with higher-quality hardware and components, but as far as power and performance, there's not going to be a massive difference.

What material is this made from and is it guaranteed to fit the 2016 Fiesta ST without further modification?

The inlet tube and heat shield are made out of high-density polyethylene, while the filter is a cotton-based media. According to K&N, this kit fits a 2016 Fiesta ST without permanent modifications.
