Will this and other products be compatible with a 2018 Lincoln Navigator as the engines and transmissions are identical?

aFe has not tested this module on the 2018 Navigators. Despite the motors being mechanically similar, Ford uses different PCM/ECU strategies, parameters, fuel curves, throttle input settings, and other factors on different vehicles which play into module and tuning compatibility.
