We're big fans of AMP Research's PowerStep and PowerStep XL Running Boards here at Stage 3, which is why we were thrilled to get our hands on this handy PowerStep Override Switch. This dash-mounted switch allows you to retract and deploy your PowerStep running boards with the touch of a button or set them up for automatic positioning when you start and stop your truck.

Easy Dash-Mounted Installation

The AMP Research PowerStep Override Switch wires directly to your PowerStep or PowerStep XL Running Boards and mounts discreetly to your dash while affording hassle-free access. Whether you're retracting the steps for your next off-roading sesh or deploying them for a wash, the PowerStep Override Switch makes positioning your AMP PowerSteps for any application a quick and easy task. The system allows you to retract or deploy your PowerStep Running Boards at will or set them up to automatically retract while doors are closed and deploy when doors are opened.

Fitment: The AMP Research PowerStep Override Switch is compatible with any PowerStep, PowerStep XL or PowerStep Xtreme Running Boards with the exception of part numbers 75141-01A and 75134-01A. If you own either of those part numbers, you'll need this version of the PowerStep Override Switch.
