The Flowmaster American Thunder Dual-Exit Cat-Back Exhaust Kit for 2021-2023 F150s generates a mean, loud, and instantly noticeable exhaust note along with a great, new look. The Flowmaster American Thunder F150 Exhaust features a configurable dual-exit tailpipe configuration that allows you to set the system up for either a dual rear exit out the back of your F150's bumper or a dual side exit behind each of your F150's rear tires. The American Thunder system is made out of high-quality materials and installs in place of the stock cat-back system, though some F150 wheelbase options will require inlet pipe trimming for installation.

2.5" Diameter Tailpipes with 3.5" Polished Tips and 409 Stainless Steel Construction

Flowmaster builds each of their American Thunder Cat-Back systems out of high-quality materials, and each kit is designed for a perfect fit onto your tough F150 build. Each American Thunder Kit comes with 3" diameter tubing for its inlet pipe that then necks down to 2.5" diameter tubing after the muffler. All of the tubing is carefully mandrel-bent toe ensure excellent exhaust outflow with minimal levels of restriction and back pressure. The American Thunder Kit is built around a Flowmaster Super 40 Muffler that generates a deep, aggressive sound without too much drone. The entire kit is made out of 409 stainless steel that can resist corrosion in most climates and applications. The American Thunder Kit comes standard with a pair of dual-wall, 3.50" diameter exhaust tips with a polished finish that look great with just about any F150 build. Flowmaster includes installation hardware and instructions. The system is backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

Will not fit PowerBoost: this cat-back kit will not fit 3.5L PowerBoost models.

Wheelbase fitment: this cat-back kit will fit all wheelbase models except for 122" (Regular Cab 6.5ft bed) models. However, some wheelbase options will require inlet pipe trimming for installation.
