Polycarbonate Plastic Lenses

The 2021-2024 Bronco AlphaRex Nova Series LED Headlights has a unique activation light feature that creates a sequential light show to greet you as you unlock your 2021-2024 Ford Bronco. When operating these headlights, four projectors with Osram Oslon black flat LED chips are used to light up the low beam mode and two bottom projectors with AlphaRex LUXX LED chips are used to light up the high beam mode. The lenses are constructed from a strong polycarbonate plastic that has a layer of an anti-fog agent to allow for improved output in extreme weather conditions along with protecting against yellowing and oxidation. To ensure that you are getting the best set of headlights possible, each set is tested to ensure compliance with SAE and DOT FMVSS108 regulations along with being certified to ISO-9000, ISO-9001 and ISO-9002.
