Zone 6 inch lift kit. Over all good kit install was straight forward small piece had to be cut but that's normal for most lifts. Rear blocks give you just enough lift to give you a front rake, back seems to be about 1 higher than the front. Rides great noticeably different ride than stock but I wouldn't say it harsh or bad just a bit firmer than factory but that should be expected when lifting with struts and nitro's. I'm running kumho mt kl71 35x12.50 on a 18th +0 offset and had to minimum trimming on the front lower plastic from turning in reverse. I'm thinking about doing a 1 inch leveling kit to level the truck out perfectly. Overall great kit I love the look and my truck looks mean as h*ll now. Stage 3 are some of the best people I've ordered from and price matching is great from these guys best customer service I've had in a long time.

Accidentally put this review on the 2WD kit... whoops. Outstanding is the word to start with. from dealing with Stage 3 and their expert advice picking this kit straight through to the installation and quality of the components. Chris was Awesome on the phone when I was ordering! In fact the only issues I ran into were while installing and they were because my old stock hardware was pretty corroded and seized. All the new parts are BEEFY and went together like a dream. I would however recommend at least a good reciprocating saw with a new blade and ideally a plasma cutter when cutting the subframe, as a cutting wheel took forever and I'm pretty sure I lit my beard on fire at least 3 times... Also have a torch handy for getting old hardware off unless your truck is pretty new, and while I can see this project as doable on jacks, I really recommend using a lift and trans jack. The end result was AWESOME!!! My truck is huge and looks great thanks to the guys at stage3! Thank you very much you have earned my continued business. Oh yeah, and they shipped the kit and wheels super fast too.

everything fit good, glad i got the extended shocks but i would have liked to see boots on the rear shocks. took 2 of us 8 hours to install everything, we had all the equipment to do the install, 2 post lift for the truck, transmission jack for the differential and side cutter for the frame mod.

Order was recieved right on time. I was a little worried when I first saw the packaging because most of the boxes looked like they had been beat with a sledgehammer but luckily the items were all there and nothing was damaged. I gave this Zone 6 inch lift kit 5 stars because the quality is excellent and Stage 3 has always been an amazing company to deal with. With that being said, BE WARNED, this is not an easy install. I've always thought of myself as mechanically inclined but this install proved that I am most certainly below average! It took me about 5 days using jack stands, the weather sucked and there were a couple of occasions where I was about ready to set the truck on fire and just walk away. The instructions are all over the place and, as usual, all those friends who were like "hell yeah, I'll help you with it" scattered like roaches when the kit showed up. In other words, unless you're used to doing a lot of in depth mechanics, just go ahead and pay someone to do it. Even after all the trouble it really was worth it though. The truck looks awesome now. The 4 inch rear block gave it a perfectly level stance once the front struts settled in. The nitro shocks are a little stiff but there are a tremendous improvement over the 3 inch leveling spacer that completely trashed my factory suspension. I would most definitely recommend this kit and I always recommend Stage 3 to everyone I know. Thanks guys!!!

Customer Question i know the front lift is from the knuckles/longer struts. if and when the struts DO wear out do you or Zone offer replacement struts?

Asked by: Wookie - 1/8/2021
Customer Answer Zone does sell the struts separately, and we also have a few other coilovers and struts for 6" lifts that you could potentially use as replacements.

Customer Question Says in description I can use 6” lift on my 2013 F-150 and clear 37/12.5/18 on a 18 x8 rim with 5” back space it’s that accurate and will i need to trim and if so what would I be trimming

Asked by: Bill - 1/23/2020
Customer Answer That's something that Zone states, but in our experience, you'd need to trim your valance and possibly the back side of the rear wheel well in order to clear a 37x12.50". We had to trim on our 2012 F150 FX4 Project Truck when we tried 37" tires with this kit. If you want to be safe, 35x12.50" tires are a much better bet.

Customer Question Can this kit be custom ordered? Remove parts that I don't need to save some money, I don't need the struts, or anything for the rear except maybe the E-brake relocation bracket. Most importantly is the knuckle the same part # as would be for a 4" lift? BDS lifts are set up like that and they are parent company of ZONE. If not can I custom order a BDS kit?

Asked by: Blake McDowell - 8/14/2017
Customer Answer You can custom order just the specific components you need, but you will have to call us directly at 623-434-5277 so that we can put it together. The knuckles are the same between the Zone 4" and 6" kits, from my understanding.

Customer Question Will the ballistic rage 20x10" wheels with a -19mm offset (4.3" backspace) work with this kit? I would like to run 37x13.5" tires but will settle for 35x12.5" if you guys think it'll work with no scrub.

Asked by: Michael - 6/8/2017
Customer Answer You wouldn't bet able to clear 37x13.50" tires with this kit and wheel combination unless you're also running an off-road bumper with more clearance or using some sort of method to get some extra lift. 35x12.50" tires should work with that wheel without rubbing.

Customer Question I have a 2013 ecoboost with an off-road bumper now, could i buy this and fit 37s with -44 offset without much trimming? and if not, what leveling kit should i buy with this to clear 37s?

Asked by: chase - 4/7/2017
Customer Answer Due to the offset of the wheel, you may get some rub on the back side of your front wheel wells, especially if you're looking at doing 37x12.50" or 37x13.50" tires. However, just about any basic 1.5" or higher leveling kit should get you the clearance you need. Which you need is really going to depend on the specific tires and what kind of stance/rake you want. Give us a call directly at 623-434-5277 so we can get more specific with what you need.

Customer Question I want my truck to have be squatted a bit. Would i be able to put a leveling kit on top of these struts safely. Shoul i be able to run 37s with -44 offset without doing much trimming?

Asked by: Ryan Yelton - 3/10/2017
Customer Answer That really depends on how tall of a leveling kit you're going to use, but you should be able to do something like a 2" level without breaking anything, assuming your truck has a one-piece driveshaft. If you're looking for more squat than that, then you'd probably want to consider dropping to a smaller rear block rather than going taller up front. You likely won't clear most 37" tire sizes with a 6" lift kit, especially with that low of an offset. You'd likely have to at least some trimming if you go with your 2" leveling kit setup up front, but you'd have to do a ton of trimming or go with an aftermarket front bumper for the 6" kit by itself.
