Improved Air Flow both into and out of your F150's Intercooler

Your 2011-2014 F150 EcoBoost's turbocharger system as efficient as possible can help your aggressive truck make a bunch of extra power, and swapping out your stock intercooler tubes for Mishimoto's Complete Intercooler Tubing Kit is one of the most cost effective ways of improving your F150's performance. The Mishimoto Complete Intercooler Tube Kit includes both Hot-Side and Cold-Side Intercooler tubes that offer up 10% more airflow than stock, which improves spool, throttle response, horsepower and torque. The Hot-Side Tubes have 41% more volume than stock, while the Cold-Side Tube has 34% more volume than stock while dropping right into place of the factory components without modifications.

High-Strength Aluminum Tubing with Silicone Boots

Mishimoto manufacturers all of their F150 EcoBoost Intercooler Tubes out of durable materials and includes high-quality hardware. The Hot-Side tubes are made out of 2.5" diameter aluminum tubing and the Cold-Side tube is made from 3.5" diameter tubing that steps down to 3" at the intercooler and throttle body. Both sets of tubing have smooth, mandrel bends that promotes excellent airflow with minimal backpressure. Mishimoto throws in a set of their high-quality silicone boots with their unique Duracore? technology that's resistant to heat, fuel, pressure, and oil. Each hot-side tube installs without any trimming, cutting or drilling. The Complete tube kit is backed by a Mishimoto Limited Lifetime Warranty.

2013 F150

Would not recommend this kit by not fault of Stage 3. All the fault lies with Mishimoto. The boots are extremely hard to get onto the charge pipes. If that wasn’t annoying enough, most of the clamps are almost too small for the application. !75 with extreme patience and persistence you can get them on. With the exception of the largest clamp for the cold side. The clamp is just too small. I managed to get it to work by removing the spring from the clamp, but even then it’s a very tight fit. If you watch the Mishimoto install video you will note that they actually wrote the size they supply in sharpie on, what I am guessing, is a bigger clamp. Yes the kit looks cool, but it’s not worth the hassle and busted knuckles for that cost. For the record I have been a mechanic for around 7 years now. Never had any issue working with CAC pipes.

Will these pipes work on the Full Race high mount intercooler?

Asked by: G - 2/11/2024

No, these will not work with a front mount intercooler. They will only work with drop in intercoolers that mount at the same spot as the factory intercooler.
