This low pressure pump helps to provide a positive supply of purified fuel to your injection pump to help give your Super Duty longevity and greater throttle response. This works because often times adding modifications puts more strain on your injection pump which can take away your truck's performance, reliability, and even give you worse fuel economy. This particular pump is advertised to filter your fuel down to a 2 micron rating which is actually better than your stock filters capability. This particular product puts out 220 GPH at just 10 psi out of the box. This product also includes a self-aligning motor that actually requires less maintenance and reduces noise levels. In addition to the self-aligining motor, it also has on demand fuel techonolgy like an intermediate pump shaft that centers the dual feed gerotor pump and shaft seal. AirDog also includes a LoveJoy Coupling for smooth power transmission

Easy Installation Process With All Necessary Hardware Included

This product is installed by mounting it to your inner frame rail utilizing AirDog's supplied sandwich plate mounting system. The suction/fuel supply sides connect directly to the factory suction lines in the fuel module. The pressure side connects directly to the factory injection feed line on the frame therefore completely bypassing your factory fuel pump. AirDog also makes sure that you have everything needed for a quick and easy installation process. The only thing that this product does not come with is tools, but it's installation does not require anything more than basic hand tools anyway. There is also no modifications to your fuel tank that is required for this product.
