High-Quality Billet Aluminum Spacers Made in the USA

The 2019-2024 Ford Ranger Ranger BORA Spacers are 100% made in the USA with materials sourced in the USA on machines built in the USA, making them some of the most American wheel spacers on the market with excellent levels of quality. The spacers feature a 93.1 hub and wheel centric design that helps ensure a good fit while keeping NVH low, even in towing or performance applications. Each spacer in this kit is CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet Alcoa aluminum and then fitted with 12x1.5mm studs or OE fitment that also accepts stock and aftermarket stock replacement wheels.

Set of Four Spacers: Four spacers are included with this spacer kit.

2020 Ranger

Put the spacers on, looks great, rides almost great. Finish is professional quality. One exception, pretty sure one spacer is not milled properly. I have a high speed wobble on one wheel that wasnt there prior to install. This is with 15k miles on stock wheels and tires.

2023 Ranger Tremor

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The spacers went on easily and added just the right amount of width to the tire stance. Even though the spacers are only one inch, they work with the factory hardware; no need to cut the lugs. I've had them installed for a few weeks now and have zero rubbing or clearance issues at factory height.

Will the 1" require stud trimming or not? One answer says no and one answer says yes. 2021 Tremor, so yes they'll fit, but will they require trimming?

The answers vary by wheel. In general, OEM wheels have pretty deep relief cuts on their hub-facing sides, and tent to not need trimming for these spacers. Many aftermarket wheels don't have reliefs at all but can also have thicker or thinner stud holes, so it just depends. If your stock wheels have relief cuts, then you can measure the stock reliefs and the factory studs to figure it out. Unfortunately, we have not tried OEM Tremor wheels ourselves with these spacers.

Will these spacers fit perfectly, or will I have to do some cutting on the studs. I’ve heard because of the spacer only being one inch cutting the studs to fit might be required.

Whether you'll need to trim the studs or not will depend on your wheels to some extent. Some wheels have fairly large relief cuts on their rear mounting surface that can accommodate some extra stud length. However, with 1" spacers, you will likely need to trim your stock studs. If you want to avoid stud trimming, you'll need to use the 1.50" spacers.
