ICON's Most Capable Tacoma System, Front to Rear
The Stage 6 package represents the top of ICON's Tacoma lineup, combining Extended Travel coilovers with billet control arms and a rear Add-A-Leaf kit into one fully matched system. Up front, vehicle-specific tuned 2.5-inch coilovers with remote reservoirs and CDXS deliver up to 3.5 inches of lift on 2005-2015 Tacomas or 2.75 inches on 2016-2023 models, unlocking the maximum wheel travel this platform can handle. ICON's billet aluminum upper control arms work alongside those coilovers to correct front-end geometry, improve suspension component clearance, and add genuine on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment, so alignment stays dialed in even after the added lift and travel change the truck's geometry. Out back, an Add-A-Leaf kit replaces the factory overload leaves, lowering rear spring rate by roughly 10 percent for a noticeably more compliant ride while also adding 1.5 inches of rear lift, working in tandem with ICON's 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks for balanced control front to rear.
The Delta Joint Brings Real Engineering to the Control Arms
At the heart of the front control arms is ICON's patented Delta Joint, a heavy-duty high-angle ball joint built to solve a real weakness in traditional uniballs, which perform well but struggle with long-term exposure to dirt, water, and road grime in daily-driven applications. The Delta Joint combines a zinc-plated housing for corrosion resistance with a tough grease seal that keeps contaminants out, along with a greaseable, metal-on-metal design that keeps things quiet and durable over time. It delivers the articulation of a uniball without sacrificing the long-term reliability of a traditional ball joint, giving you full bump and droop travel without bind. Every shock in the system, front and rear, includes ICON's CDXS technology, with independently adjustable high-speed and low-speed compression damping across 10 detented settings per knob. Construction throughout relies on 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum, corrosion-resistant CAD plated shock bodies, and FK rod end bearings for long-term durability with minimal deflection. For Tacoma owners who want ICON's most complete suspension system, covering geometry, travel, adjustability, and ride quality all in one package, Stage 6 is built to deliver exactly that.
